Historical, catalan fishermen‘s house with chimney and central heating. The house is renovated completely and equipped it with antique original furniture. On the fireplace you can find relaxation after long walks at the close mountains, beach walks or sightseeing tours in Barcelona.
The two bedrooms with double beds (baby beds on request), the spacious bathroom with bathtub, the living room with fireplace, the dining room with the adjoining little kitchen, the balcony and the green courtyard creating a cozy ambiance which is likely to be unique in this region.

In Premia de Mar you live among friendly locals and unaffected by tourism.

Anytime again
We stayed with our dog for 14 days in January in this holiday home. We felt very comfortable there. Very tastefully furnished and equipped with heating and a fireplace. The landlord was very nice and gave us various tips. We could contact him at any time if we had any questions. The beach was only a few hundred meters away. The train station, where a train to Barcelona runs every fifteen minutes (travel time 20 minutes), is equally close. There are also restaurants, bakeries, and shops in the immediate vicinity. It was an all-around wonderful vacation that we would repeat at any time.

The holiday home is furnished with a lot of thought and very stylishly, so that you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The very friendly on-site service also contributes to this.

Great "home" on holiday
We, my husband and our two almost grown-up children, enjoyed a week in Premia`deMar in autumn.
This special holiday home was the ideal location for us to get to know and love Barcelona. We could go into the hustle and bustle every day ( optimal connection with the train- directly along the sea) and looked forward to our beautiful home" in the evening. There we could let the day's exhilarating experiences sink in with a glass of wine in the cosy courtyard, or enjoy an evening stroll by the sea. The house is very lovingly furnished with a good eye for detail and spotlessly clean
We received valuable and helpful information and recommendations from the very nice landlord. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt very comfortable - almost like being with friends.
There are good shopping facilities for daily needs in the direct vicinity: bakeries, supermarket, organic food shop and boutiques, as well as sunny street cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
So, an all-round perfect week in a great" home"on holiday.

Holiday oasis in a beautiful old fisherman's house
We were looking for more than just beach and sun with our children. But it should be in the south and warm: so Barcelona became our choice. This wonderful little fisherman's house in Premia de Mar enticed us and the children were not only excited about the German TV channels offered. They chose the room with a balcony and bright furniture (our daughter now wants a room like that too) and spent a lot of time there. As adults, we especially enjoyed the courtyard and the opportunity to sit outside and often lingered there for a long time before leaving the house. Every day, we enjoyed fresh delicacies from the many shops around the corner, and while shopping, we appreciated the lively atmosphere of many locals in cafes, markets, bars, squares, and shops. Sometimes we took the nearby train to Barcelona, sometimes we stayed at the beach with powerful waves or calm water for a long time. Happy and tired, we usually sank into the big beds very late under shimmering chandeliers and carefully closed the mosquito nets that had been mounted wisely in advance. Everything was immaculately clean, extremely lovingly furnished, the kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality dishes and fresh basics, and the landlord was delightful and accommodating. Getting around with great tips and help (printed out) as well as excellent Wi-Fi was easy. Leaving again was difficult. We have to come back!

Sunny Christmas holidays in Premià de Mar.
We had a wonderful and happy time in Premià with our son (8 years old) and our dog. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The furnishings with lovingly renovated furniture suited our taste very well. The kitchen and rooms are fully equipped with everything you need for daily living. The heating throughout the house created a cozy atmosphere. We felt comfortable right away. The landlord is extremely friendly and attentive. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a basket containing oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. The fridge was stocked with a liter of milk, water, and coffee capsules with sugar. The handover was very relaxed, and we received valuable tips from the landlord. We were particularly pleased with the landlord's follow-up message providing the link to the "La Poma" bike park located just above in Premià de Dalt. The boys had an exciting time there for a few hours. In Premià itself, everything you need is within walking distance. A recommendation is the grocery store with typical Catalan specialties and the new large "Sorli" (supermarket) just around the corner. Since it was winter, we were allowed to use the beach with our dog where there were many other dogs to play and run around with. Catalans are very cheerful and warm people who always have a good mood. Outside of siesta time, there is always a lot of life in the streets. We visited Barcelona twice. After the turbulent city with all the fascinating impressions, we always looked forward to our temporary home. All in all, great vacation. Thanks again for the unforgettable time!

Entspannte Pfingstferien in Premia
We used the lovingly furnished fisherman's house for four people (2 adults + 2 children) during the Pentecost holidays. The house offers sufficient space and not only allows everyone to have a relaxed time in the midst of an authentic, non-touristy location but also provides insight into the "real life" of Catalans. The transport connection to Barcelona is excellent and really straightforward. The absolutely reliable landlord makes everyone feel welcome and also provides numerous tips for exploring Premia and Barcelona. From the holiday property, you can not only visit Barcelona but also enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in Premia or along the coast. This combination is simply perfect and highly recommended.
My tip: definitely try the lunch special at the restaurant La Cuineta de Premià: delicious, regional, and unbeatably cheap!

Schönes Haus zum Entschleunigen
The house delivers what it promises. Well-equipped and well-maintained. A friendly and very helpful landlord awaits you to offer tips and helpful advice. As the house is located about 30 minutes from Barcelona, you plan to visit there but live in a quiet, hardly touristy suburb. The connection to Barcelona is easy and manageable.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
We had a great time in Premià de Mar with our two children (4 and 15 years old). The place is outside the tourist hotspots, so we could experience and enjoy the life of the Spaniards. The beach is not overcrowded, and you can enjoy the tastiest Sangria in the area at the beach bar until late at night. The Spaniards are nice, relaxed, helpful, and always in a good mood. Barcelona is definitely worth a visit and easy to reach with the Renfe (train). The Renfe train runs every 10 minutes and you can reach the city center in 30 minutes. In Premià, you don't need a car! Supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops are within walking distance. Playgrounds are also available in the city and at the beach. The contact with the landlord was always possible at any time. The vacation rental is very tasteful and exactly as shown in the pictures. We were all thrilled and felt very comfortable.

Barcelona wonderful city
With my whole family (wife, two children, and a baby), I spent a very nice week in this house. The furnishings are really well done, tasteful, and cozy. Mr. Rücker is very helpful and even took care of us after our departure to ensure that a parking ticket was paid for, thank you again for that. From the house, we could not only visit and experience Barcelona but also get to know a little tourist town. All things for daily needs are within walking distance, the locals were very friendly and attentive, and in the restaurant next door, we not only ate well but were immediately warmly welcomed, great. An unforgettable week, if I come back to the area again, I hope to definitely be able to stay in the accommodation again.

Cooles Haus
A wonderful place, a very aesthetically pleasing house with special charm as a starting point for a well-combinable city and beach vacation, and a very nice, courteous, and competent landlord. After the first café in the courtyard of the house and the second one on the opposite plaza, you can relaxingly immerse yourself in the great Barcelona by train (good frequency and wonderful view of the sea) and return in the evening to the quieter Spanish suburban life.

Beautiful house - Quiet environment
This nice and very tastefully furnished house is a good starting point for experiences, both in the big city and in nature. The small inner garden is very cozy. Premia de Mar is a beautiful and quiet town with friendly residents and few tourists. Next to and opposite the house are cafes. In the late afternoon and evening, there is a lively life with children and adults on the square opposite. Very nice! We felt very comfortable in the house and can definitely recommend this house.

Online ad and reality are identical. House and garden in very well-maintained condition, absolutely clean. Landlord very easy to reach and helpful before and during the trip, very good tips for arrival and stay. The combination of beach in the morning and a half-hour ride to Barcelona with the very frequent suburban train was practically unbeatable. All in all, highly recommended accommodation.

Familienferien in Premia de Mar
We spent this autumn holiday week completely in Spain: There is no tourist center here, everyone speaks Spanish, and we had most of the long beaches almost to ourselves - we really appreciated that! We had to explore the restaurants first and then spent great evenings at NOU SERRA, with the finest food, friendly staff, and watching Barcelona matches on TV.
The holiday home is centrally located, right next to a bar, so it's not always completely quiet. The fisherman's house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a delightful courtyard! The landlord is extremely friendly and accommodating!

Die "Bar" nebenan ist keine Bar im deutschen Sinne. Es ist ein Café, das hauptsächlich tagsüber frequentiert ist. Mit seinen Tischen und Stühlen auf dem Platz gegenüber des Hauses, ist es ein begehrter Treffpunkt für Eltern, deren Kinder nachmittags auf dem Platz in der Sonne spielen.
Normalerweise wird es gegen 22 - 23:00 Uhr sehr ruhig in der kleinen Straße. Doch in Spanien feiert man auch sehr gern und so ist man manchmal mitten drin, in der katalonischen Lebensart. Der Rhythumus ist hier anders als wir es aus Deutschland kennen: Es wird frühestens um 21:00 Uhr zu abend gegessen und so ziehen sich die gesellschaftlichen Ereignisse auch einmal länger. Wer früh zu Bett geht, wird es in SPANIEN generell nicht leicht haben, doch wer die freundliche Lebensart hier mitlebt, wird tolle Erinnerungen mit nach Hause nehmen.
Ganz nach dem Motto: Wir sehen die Dinge nicht wie sie sind, sondern wie WIR sind :-)

Perfect Vacation
We spent a week at the beginning of May in this beautiful "fisherman's cottage" for our short break. We felt very comfortable right away! This was partly due to the very tasteful furnishings. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, the beds are very comfortable, and nothing is missing. The kitchen and the bathroom, including a second toilet, are very modern and spacious. Additionally, the location of the holiday home in the village is optimal. In two minutes, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back! We walked to the center where there are many shopping opportunities.
The beautiful wide sandy beach is also reachable in a few minutes.
For the center of Barcelona, it is best to take public transportation. A kind of suburban train (Renfe) and you are in the city center in about 30 minutes.
We can only recommend this holiday home, we had a perfect vacation!
The landlord is very nice, lives in the neighboring town, and is always reachable.

Ausgesprochen schön
The central location in the beautiful town, which offers everything you need for self-catering, as well as the beach reachable in 10 minutes, made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Shopping is also possible here, interesting shops and restaurants can be found in side streets. Trips to Barcelona were quickly manageable with the suburban train.
