Urban apartment in the centre of Barcelona. Centric apartment located in a peaceful, quite neighbourhood which guarantees a tranquil and quite night’s sleep. The two light and airy bedrooms are located on an inner courtyard with a nice balcony to have your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to self-cater any meal. There are numerous supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is a child’s crib and high chair available if you have small children.
The occupancy of 4 persons is intended exclusively for families with children. Otherwise the maximum occupancy is 3 persons.
We don't accept groups of young people.

The apartment is located in a listed building dating from 1900, in a typical Barcelonians neighborhoods. The famous boulevard "La Rambla" is a 10 minute walk. Every year more people come to visit this wonderful, dynamic city. Enjoy the amazing architecture, culture, shopping, design and active urban scene full of life and surprises. There are numerous buses that stop near the apartment to go to the Barcelona beaches.

Great apartment in a prime location
Stayed there during a congress, has an ideal location close to most tourist attractions and a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. Very nice landlord.

Unique accommodation
We would like to thank you for the wonderful vacation in a very quiet, clean vacation apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, shopping facilities can be found two doors down and it is only a 10-minute walk to La Rambla. There is a great bar on the 10th floor of a hotel called Barceló Raval. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view and is about 5 minutes away from the accommodation. The landlord is super nice and also happy to give tips for the surrounding area. We say thank you and will definitely come back :)

Very good flat and location
The flat is very central, perfect location, metro and bus within 1-2 minutes, from here you can reach everything by metro or bus. One street away from the flat, best place for TAPAS bars. You can't get better than this. The landlord is very very friendly. I will absolutely recommend the flat and rent it again.

Great location with atmosphere
My partner and I spent 1 week in this flat to see the city. The location was very good. Many supermarkets around, several tapas bars. It was easy to walk around a lot.
It was also not far from the airport. If you are not so fit, the metro is very cheap (10 ticket 10 euros) and is almost at the front door. We had a very nice week and will definitely come back. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

Very beautiful and very well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet location.
The holiday apartment is very well located and central. The bedrooms face the courtyard and are therefore very quiet. The small balcony invites you to linger with a glass of red wine :-). The elevator is directly accessible from the apartment. There is always a contact person available if there are any issues to clarify. The landlord also speaks German and is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment with a clear conscience! When I travel to Barcelona next time, I would ask for this apartment again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the apartment was, bright, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is very central yet quiet, supermarket 10 seconds away, subway 1 minute away. Landlord: Very nice. We will come back :D
