We celebrated a wonderful summer holiday with 2 families in this house (2 weeks). The house is well maintained and the pool is very large and child friendly. There is a separate apartment to rent in the attic. This was ideal for us as 2 families. Floors have air conditioning and neat bathrooms, bedrooms are generous in size, good beds. Contact with owner was very friendly and in Italian (with some help from google translate). Bed and bath linen as well as cleaning products and first foods such as salt / sugar etc was present. There is a large professional outdoor BBQ and extra cooker and fridge for larger groups. Ample parking and (electronic) gate. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors ensure that no mosquitoes or wasps enter. The location of the house is beautiful, on the hills with a wide view. Have enjoyed the sunset every evening and swam in the dark (illuminated pool). Nice traditional hilltop villages nearby. The region is still really authentic and not so focused on (foreign) tourists, which is nice. Some English is spoken in most places. But shops are closed everywhere at noon and restaurants open late. Only in the capital Pescara are the opening times slightly longer. A beautiful piece of Italy and beautiful house to rent.
