This holiday home is a great base for your beach holiday and excursions to medieval towns such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Caramanico, Rocca Calascio, Salle, Città Sant'Angelo, Atri, Loreto Aprutino Penne. Restaurants serving local cuisine are at 5 km. The town centre and supermarkets rest at 8 km if you wish to go for a shopping stroll. There is a lake at 10 km for a plesant day out.
The holiday home comes with a private fenced garden to relax and linger in the fresh air. There is an outdoor kitchen for the lovers of al-fresco dining. You have a private terrace with a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. A pet can accompany you on holiday. Parking is available.

The villa is beautifully situated in a rural area. Nice environment with villages and the beautiful town of Penne. The beautiful Gran Sasso mountain range is one and a half hours away. Accomodation not very luxurious (except pool and BBQ lounge) but otherwise good facilities, enough room for 6-7 people. Downside is the presence of insects (especially mosquitoes and wasps) which is very natural in a rural environment and the absence of air conditioning (there were fans in the house). Any problems / defects were quickly resolved after notification, friendly administrators.Wel recommended for a family vacation!

Accommodation was great! Nice spacious house with wonderful swimming pool. Nice Italian who tried to explain something to us but unfortunately does not speak a word of English, so put a point of attention or A4 in English. Plus a sign for the road where the bellevila is because the last road is hard to find
