Description
. Our house is situated on its own land with 1 hectare of land, at 450 meters altitude, which means that it is always very pleasant in spring and summer, at night. We have a very richly equipped cake, modern, but also a second smaller one if you want to rent with only two or four people. The house is therefore for rent for 10 persons in July and August, and the other months also for 2-4 persons, with different prices. The whole house is modern and complete.
Our house is completely free with only traffic from a neighbor, so very private. The Infinitpool is only suitable for trained swimmers with a depth of 120-185 cm. For small children there is the possibility to play in the deeper pool (overflow), or in a children's pool (available). Other toys are available.
The house is situated on 1 ha of own land with olives. Beautiful garden with different terraces. 25 km from the Mer. Discover the authentic Abruzzo.

Location and surroundings of object
We have 4 terraces, BBQ, and a wood heated Italian pizza oven. Abruzzo has truffles (neighbors), olives, cheese, and of course wines: Montepulsiano d'Abruzzo and Peccorino.
The Mer is situated at 25 km (35 minutes). Pescara AirPort 45 minutes. The beaches are beautiful.

Wonderful vacation in Italy
We spent our summer vacation in Italy this year. And we can only say thank you to Mr. Jan Klievink for this very beautiful and very well-equipped holiday home. We felt very, very comfortable and were able to switch off from our everyday life very well at the beautiful pool. We will definitely book this holiday home again. If you want to relax and seek peace, this holiday home is the right place. The contact with Jan was also super fast and very, very friendly. Thank you again from us and see you next time.

Unique location u view
The location and the view are gigantic, have never seen anything like it. Here you can spend a great relaxing time away from tourism. The property is large and well maintained with lots of seating outside, the sofa corner by the pool is the highlight and the covered terrace is very large and beautiful

2 beautiful week in Casa Montefino
We stayed at Casa Montefino in June 2021 with 4 adults and had a wonderful holiday. The house is beautifully situated with a fantastic view of the sea. We had everything we wanted a super equipped kitchen, the bathrooms and rooms were very nice. We felt very comfortable, also the new covered terrace is very nice. The contact with Jan was very nice and cordial from beginning to end. They responded very quickly to our emails. We went swimming a lot in Pineto and can only recommend a trip to the Adriatic. We will gladly come back next year and can recommend this accommodation 100%. The pool is really the centrepiece and the view from there is priceless. A car is necessary.

Heerlijk verblijf in een fantastische omgeving.
Voor de tweede keer met ons gezin in huize Klievink verbleven. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving, is goed bereikbaar, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bijzondere vermelding verdient de bijna professionele keuken, waarin de hobbykok helemaal los kan. De traditionele pizza houtoven en een perfecte espresso met verse bonen in de DeLonghi machine maken het culinaire feest compleet! Het zwembad is een droom met een uniek uitzicht. Het terrein kent meerdere terrassen zodat je op ieder moment van de dag rondom het huis een lekker zitplekje kunt vinden. De regio Abruzzo is prachtig en nog niet ontdekt door massatoerisme. We komen zeker terug!

We come again
We would like to thank you very much for the super house Casa Montefino, you have everything you need and your heart desires. In the morning for breakfast on the terrace you have a great view of the landscape and the sea. The sun rises immediately in front of the terrace and is very pleasant.
We stayed there with 2 adults and 3 teenagers at the end of July and beginning of August 2020,
We immediately felt at home. The house is really well equipped, there is enough crockery and everything else. The coffee machine is also very good, we always got coffee from it in the afternoon
The beds and mattresses are really comfortable, the bathrooms well equipped with bidet and large showers. Even in the heat we always found a shady spot on the spacious property, our favourite place was the lounge by the beautiful infinite pool or the terrace and the pool was more pleasant than the sea from the temperature.
The roads are not so good, but they are working on improving them, of course you should not drive there with a vehicle that is very deep. Otherwise it is really fun to drive there if you like curves and hills and valleys
If something should happen, Jan is always available, the man who takes care of things when Jan is not there, is also very nice and also knows German.
We will definitely go there again, we enjoyed the peace and quiet so much that we could have gone there again immediately after we returned home.

A beautiful house with a great view
We stayed with our dog at Casa Montefino for 14 days. The house is very well equipped, you can find everything you need. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and the pool is simply amazing.
The surroundings are very impressive in terms of scenery and there is a lot to discover.
However, you have to figure everything out for yourself and that is a real adventure given the condition of the roads and the driving style of the locals. So you should be an enthusiastic driver and have a car that can also handle large potholes.
For four-legged friends, they should be able to be called back because the property is open and sometimes a neighbor's dog comes to visit.
Those who have no problem with this will have a nice vacation here.

Holiday with children and dogs
We spent 14 days in Montefino. The location was not easy to find with navigation, but we received excellent directions from Mr. Klievink beforehand. The house is secluded and quiet. There are some dogs in the neighborhood, some of which are free to roam.
We stayed in the house with 9 people (4 children) and 3 dogs. The view was incredible and the pool was particularly noteworthy. There is plenty of space in the house and areas to retreat. You won't lack anything. The kitchen is well-equipped! The contact with J. Klievink was great. He is a very nice landlord and always available. The house is suitable for those seeking peace and especially for children to run around and play (the children's room is also lovingly furnished with lots of toys). You just have to plan for a distance to go shopping. You can find well-known shops (Lidl, Penny) a bit further away.
Highly recommended for a family vacation, especially with pets.

Schöne Zeit zwischen Meer und Gebirge
Mitte Juni haben wir (4 Erwachsene) zwölf erholsame Tage im Haus Montefino verbracht.
Jeden Morgen beim Frühstück konnten wir von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Panoramablick genießen.
Das Haus ist großzügig eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat ist vorhanden. Und der Pizzaofen am Haus ist klasse!
Betten und Matratzen sind wirklich bequem, die Badezimmer mit Bidet und großen Duschen gut ausgestattet.
Selbst bei großer Hitze fanden wir immer ein schattiges Plätzchen auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück, unser Lieblingsplatz war die Lounge am schönen Infinity-Pool.
Die Kommunikation mit Jan war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Alles hat prima geklappt und wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter!
