Description

Beautiful villa at the foot of Mount Montgo, only 2 km from the beach. Delightfully landscaped garden with palm trees and shaded areas.
The 8 x 4 m pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy entry. To the side of the house is a barbecue terrace with seating area. Thanks to the awning over the table, you are protected from the sun. Sun loungers on the pool terrace invite you to relax.
The house has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, double beds, and built-in wardrobes. Next to the rooms are two bathrooms with showers. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available.
At the end of the hallway, you enter a large living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen with a counter. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and toaster.
The living room has direct access to the barbecue area and to a glazed terrace.

For the cooler season, there is a gas central heating system. The garage is private and cannot be used, but there is parking for two vehicles on the property.
The city center is only 3.2 km away, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 1.7 km, supermarkets 3 km, and restaurants 1 km.
