Beautiful holiday home in modern style, on an enclosed plot of approx. 800 sqm, which is landscaped with palm trees and various green plants. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. It invites you to relax with a view. You can cool off in the 4 x 8 metre private pool (illuminated in the evening). There is also a WC in the outdoor area. An electric barbecue allows you to enjoy a barbecue in the place of your choice. The house has an upstairs living/dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, WLAN internet connection, DVD player, stereo system and adjoining, modern kitchen with access to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave/grill, fridge with freezer, dishwasher An internal staircase leads to the lower living area. There is a double bedroom (bed 1.50 m. wide) with air conditioning and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with a small bathtub, shower and WC. The house is also suitable for the winter months thanks to the underfloor heating. There is a laundry room with washing machine in the basement. For your car you can use the garage or another parking space on the enclosed property. Denia is approx. 4 km away, the sea 2 km, bars, restaurants and shops 2.5 km.
