On the slopes of the Raška Bay, in the small welcoming village of Sutivanac Raška, there is a beautiful villa. On a large plot of over 1000 m2, the villa offers a view of the Učka hills above the Raša Bay and only half an hour by car to the beautiful Istrian beaches.
This beautiful villa for six guests was built in 2015 and welcomes guests who will have a unique opportunity to enjoy the hedonistic atmosphere of the villa. The house is equipped with an interesting combination of quality and handmade furniture, including modern elements that will provide you with everything you need for a carefree vacation.
The villa can accommodate 6 guests in 2 modern bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room (2 bathrooms). The house has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is designed in a rustic style and contains all the necessary appliances and spices for the most delicious meals. In the garden there is a large swimming pool of 32 m, a playground and plenty of places for carefree enjoyment in the summer. The villa is ideal for a vacation with family and friends.

- Die Stornokosten werden ab dem Datum berechnet, an dem „Istra Vacation“ by DAH Istra d.o.o. einen schriftlichen Antrag auf Stornierung erhält, und dieser lautet wie folgt: Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise werden -30 % des vollen Reservierungsbetrags nicht erstattet Bei Stornierungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor dem Anreisedatum werden 100 % des gesamten Buchungsbetrags nicht zurückerstattet Stornierungsbedingungen COVID-19: Innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Anreise ist eine Rückerstattung der Reservierung nur möglich, wenn die restriktiven Maßnahmen der nationalen Regierungen, die sich ausschließlich auf das COVID-19-Virus beziehen, auch für geimpfte Personen gelten. Unter dem Begriff Maßnahme wird davon ausgegangen, dass sich auch geimpfte Personen bei der Einreise nach Kroatien oder bei der Rückkehr in ihr Heimatland für einen bestimmten Zeitraum in Quarantäne (Selbstisolation) befinden müssen. Die Rückerstattung gilt auch für den Fall, dass sich ein Gast 7 oder weniger Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum mit dem COVID-19-Virus infiziert. Rückerstattungen werden in Form eines Gutscheins ausgestellt, den der Gast nur auf der Istra Vacation-Website für die Reservierung in einem zukünftigen Zeitraum und nicht später als 2 Jahre verwenden kann. Der Betrag des Gutscheins, den der Gast erhält, entspricht dem Geldbetrag, den der Gast zur Bestätigung der Reservierung bezahlt hat, für die ihm jetzt eine Rückerstattung gewährt wurde. Wenn der Reisende nicht am Zielort ankommt oder die Leistung der Unterkunft nach Beginn storniert, wird „Istra Vacation“ von DAH Istra d.o.o. berechnet den vollen Preis der Reservierung. Für jede Stornierung der Reservierung „Istra Vacation“ durch DAH Istra d.o.o. berechnet 15 EUR Verwaltungskosten. Stornierungen müssen Sie direkt per E-Mail an richten. Als Tag der Stornierung gilt der Tag des Eingangs der schriftlichen E-Mail-Bestätigung.
