Situated above the Limfjord, this ground floor flat offers you a peaceful holiday in a rural oasis. Enjoy the many advantages of the holiday region Istria and visit one of the many good restaurants. Also recommendable are Konobas (rustic restaurants with excellent food and ambience). Or visit one of the many beautiful coastal towns such as romantic Rovinj or Porec (where you will also find the basilica, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Super, great, hospitable family
We have never experienced so much warmth and service. Starting with the welcome snack, and even fresh figs for breakfast, they always take care of their guests. We will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation
Hello, this year we were for the second time in the great vacation rental of Mario and Slavica in Barat. The two are the warmest and best hosts you can imagine. Great praise!!! The vacation rental is large enough for 6 people, equipped with everything you need, and the large pool is a dream... we will always be very happy to spend our vacation there again in the future. Wonderfully quiet location
Dear Mr. Kiwit, Everything was well organized. We were very satisfied with our holiday accommodation in Barat, Croatia. The wonderfully quiet location and the beautiful, lovingly landscaped garden with pool were perfect for relaxation. Our children also loved the variety of animals. The only small downside was the somewhat old-fashioned decor. But it was very clean and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine...). But above all, a huge praise to the owners! Wonderfully quiet location.
Dear Mr. Kiwit,
Everything was well organized.
We were very satisfied with our vacation home in Barat, Croatia.
The wonderfully peaceful location and the beautiful, lovingly landscaped garden with pool invited us to relax.
Our children also loved the numerous animals.
The only minor downside was the somewhat outdated decor. But it was very clean and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine...). But above all, a big praise to the owners! You rarely find so much warmth, friendliness and helpfulness!
We would definitely spend our vacation there again.
