Description
Just a few steps from the sea, nestled in a secure residence in Saint-Aygulf, this charming, spacious 1-room apartment awaits you. The calanques and the sea can be reached within a few minutes on foot – ideal for relaxing days by the water. The private entrance leads directly into the ground-floor apartment. Your own parking space is located directly in front of the entrance door. Additional private parking spaces are available to residents of the residence.
Behind the walls of the secure residence, a communal outdoor area with pool and terrace invites you to relax.
IMPORTANT: The pool is not included in the rental price. Use is free of charge and voluntary for our guests. Availability, opening hours, and condition of the pool are beyond our control. Any restriction or unavailability of the pool does not entitle you to a reduction in the rental price.
- On 49 m², the apartment offers a spacious, open-plan living and sleeping area. A frosted glass sliding partition creates a separate sleeping area if needed. The living area with sofa bed invites you to relax. The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything for preparing small meals. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two televisions, washing machine, and a comfortable shower room provide extra comfort. Baker, cafés, market, restaurants, shops, the coast, and the picturesque bays of the area are within easy walking distance.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Other pets are not allowed. Dogs are not permitted to sleep on the bed or sofa.

For over 28 years we have been welcoming guests to our holiday home. The personal welcome, the handover of the keys, and on-site support are organized by our family. Your contacts are Regina and her son Roy, who are happy to assist you before, during, and with any questions regarding your stay.
The scent of fresh baked goods accompanies the morning – the bakery is located right on the street. The charming Provençal weekly market, just a one-minute walk away, invites you to stroll every Tuesday and Friday and offers regional specialties, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the colors and aromas of Provence.

More than perfect
The accommodation completely met our expectations. Lovingly furnished and everything available that one needs for a relaxing holiday.
The location is absolutely perfect. Very short distances to all shops and the very good weekly market. The beach is very quickly reachable.
The hostess, Mrs. Kluzak, was always available for any questions and concerns and always gave very good advice. We will definitely be very happy to come back.

Everything super top??
We were 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 10 years old). The handling was good and easy. Regina speaks German, which made everything much simpler. The location is great, parking in front of the door, a large pool around the corner. The kids were thrilled. The sea is just a stone's throw away. Across from the apartment, there is a bakery, pizzeria, and twice a week there is a market in the center with great things and food. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, everything you need. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back ? ? ? can recommend ? ?

Great!
A lovingly furnished apartment with everything you need, a good kitchen and many books.
Beautiful small rocky coves nearby and the pool is also great. And everything very centrally located in the village, so it's also great for people without a car.
Perfect for two people.
The only drawback is that the two rooms are actually only one and are separated only by transparent walls that do not go up to the ceiling. Therefore, less recommended for a longer stay with four people (we were there with two children) because there is no privacy and you constantly wake each other up with light or noise.

Gerne möchten wir ergänzend darauf hinweisen, dass das Appartement bewusst für zwei Personen konzipiert ist. Das offene Raumkonzept mit der transparenten Trennwand ist auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung ersichtlich und für Paare oder zwei Gäste ideal.
Wenn man sich aus Kostengründen entscheidet, mit vier Personen anzureisen, sollte man bei diesem sehr günstigen Preis berücksichtigen, dass Abstriche bei Privatsphäre und Komfort nicht immer zu vermeiden sind. Ihr Hinweis ist dennoch wertvoll und sicherlich auch für zukünftige Gäste hilfreich.

Die Lage ist absolut Pefekt. Sehr kurze Wege zu allen Geschäften und dem sehr guten Wochenmarkt. Der Strand ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeberin, Frau Kluzak, stand mit allen Fragen und Anliegen immer zur Verfügung und gab immer sehr gute Ratschläge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne kleine Felsbuchten direkt in der Nähe und auch der Pool ist toll. Und alles sehr zentral im Dorf, also auch für Menschen ohne Auto prima geeignet.
Für zwei Personen perfekt.
Einziges Manko ist, dass die zwei Räume eigentlich nur einer sind und nur durch transparente Wände, die auch nicht bis zur Decke gehen, abgetrennt sind. Für längeren Aufenthalt mit vier Personen (wir waren mit zwei Kindern da) daher weniger empfehlenswert, da es dadurch keine Privatsphäre gibt und man sich immer wieder gegenseitig durch Licht oder Geräusche aufweckt.
Die Wohnung ist schön und es gibt ein sehr großes Fenster aus dem man sehr schön nach draußen sehen kann.
Man kann direkt vor der Wohnung parken.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles ordnungsgemäß gezeigt so das keine Fragen mehr offen blieben.
Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Ich kann das Objekt herzlichst weiter empfehlen.
