A holiday home with all the comforts, generously sized, for 5 people in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with steam sauna, perfectly equipped kitchen for hobby and master chefs, cosy couch corner with fireplace and multimedia section, tiles, wood and wall decorations in sunny colours, with access to a large terrace with wooden furniture and loungers, on a spacious meadow with apple trees and sandpit, ideal for ball games and yoga, with unobstructed views over the meadows and fields to the horizon. Our well-stocked fleet of bicycles, which is available to you free of charge, invites you to go on excursions in the immediate vicinity, or even on longer tours through the picturesque Klützer Winkel.
Everything you need for a relaxing and restful holiday is offered, and that at any time of the year !

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the small dreamy village of Groß Schwansee, where unfortunately you cannot go shopping or to the little pub on the corner in the evening. But instead you enjoy peace, nature and tranquillity, lush fields with poppies and rape, depending on the season, small villages with old manor houses that sometimes have a lot of art, culture and gastronomy to offer. And you explore small paths for walks or bike rides, forests and parks with ancient trees, and if you look up carefully and listen, cranes, white-tailed eagles, owls and colleagues....
And then, of course, there is our wonderful natural beach, which can be found about 900m from the house on a walk through the field or at large car parks in the immediate vicinity. The Ostee cycle path runs along the beach, which you can of course also hike along. Here you will always have the opportunity for a short break at the numerous ups and downs through the small dune forest to listen to the sound of the waves or the screeching of the seagulls. On the beach you will find no beach chairs, no surf school, but a protected dune, small stones, grasses and - quite wonderful, mostly clean water. And always a secluded spot, if you like. And when you lie there and look out over the sea or into the sky, you can't think of anything else you could wish for!

| No deposit is required. Groß Schwansee does not charge any visitor's tax or similar fees. There is no entrance fee for the beach either, you are only asked to respect the protected dunes, which are under nature conservation. Linen packages can be rented at a cost of € 14.00 for bed linen (covers and sheets) and € 6.00 for towels (1 large and 1 small). High chair and cot are provided free of charge on request. |
Cancellation terms:
If you are forced to cancel your stay at Morgensonne and need to cancel your reservation, we will, of course, try to re-rent the apartment. If we are not completely successful, the following cancellation deadlines will apply: - cancellation is free of charge up to 6 months before the start of the trip - 50% of the contractually agreed rent if canceled from 6 to 2 months before the start of the trip - 75% of the contractually agreed rent if canceled less than 2 months before the start of the trip
additional information:
Your hosts are Brigitte Sommerfeld and Frank Braun, who will welcome you on arrival and answer any further questions. They will also help you if you have any problems, they know where to find the most delicious cakes and the best fish rolls. And they have tips on what you should definitely see (in Klütz, for example, Bothmer Castle, the Galeria am Markt and the great perennial nursery, the pretty little harbour in Boltenhagen and much more).
The venerable old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck (each approx. 40 km) are easy to reach from Groß Schwansee, and day trips to Hamburg, Rügen or the Müritz are also easy to plan. The seaside resorts of Boltenhagen and Travemünde (15 km each) are ideal if you need a bit of excitement after so much peace and tranquillity.

Everything is great!
We were in the vacation apartment for 7 days and really enjoyed our time! The journey with public transport was uncomplicated and the call bus came as ordered :) The small, fully laden apple tree, the steam sauna, the fireplace, as well as the rest of the amenities thrilled us! The landlords live next door and are very hospitable and helpful.
We would love to come back!

Highly recommended
We were already here in 2023. The holiday home is comfortably furnished, has everything you need. The steam sauna and the fireplace are highly recommended and contribute to coziness in this season. The surroundings are wonderfully rural, and the path to the sea is also walkable. The area is not overcrowded, so you can enjoy nature and peace.

Again and again gladly
We have already been to the House Morning Sun twice and will be there again at the end of the year.
The house is very spacious, very well equipped, and perfectly located for those who love peace. Since we are traveling with a dog, both the path and the natural beach itself are wonderful.
We also regularly use the steam sauna available in the house.
Ms. Sommer is always there as a contact person and very nice.

Just cozy
The house "Morgensonne" is very beautiful. It has everything you need, is very nicely and cozily furnished, and very clean. The book and game shelf is particularly noteworthy... just WOW. The path to the beach (natural beach) is about 1 - 1.5 km long. No problem with a dog, they need exercise anyway. A bit disappointing is that the nearest shopping option (including bread) is about 14 km away. But you can plan for that. We have been there for the second time already and will definitely come back.

Everything perfect
A beautiful late summer vacation, which unfortunately passed way too quickly... The sun house is very lovingly furnished and offers plenty of opportunities to spend a relaxing vacation. We didn't miss anything, we felt completely comfortable with our 2 four-legged friends and would love to come back!
