Description

The bungalow was built in 1994 in solid construction and has a large living room with fireplace and separate kitchen. Furthermore, there is a bathroom / toilet and a storage room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.

The house is heated by central heating and is therefore habitable all year round. The technical equipment includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine and dishwasher. For your entertainment there are 2 HD flat screen TVs with satellite connection as well as DVD player and a hi-fi system. Internet WLAN available.
The garden (approx. 400 sqm.) is completely fenced 1.20m high and has a car parking space.

Location and surroundings of object

Julianadorp aan Zee belongs to the province of Noordholland and is located in the far northwest of the Netherlands about 5 km south of Den Helder. Julianadorp is a small seaside resort whose special charm lies in the varied landscape. In addition to the countless flower bulb fields, you will find extensive hiking trails through dune areas and small forests. But the biggest attraction is probably the kilometre-long fine sandy beach, which you can reach on foot from your accommodation in 10 minutes.

Julianadorp itself offers many shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as a range of recreational facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, golf, bicycle rental and tennis courts.

A wonderful cozy holiday home

We were guests in this great house for a week. It is very cozy and richly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We really liked the different seating options depending on the position of the sun. Everything is available in the house, and we felt very comfortable. Best regards, the Brauer family.

Vacation with Dog

We spent 2 weeks on vacation with our 2 children and our dog, and this house is simply recommended. Although there is only one toilet, the house is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The dog could go in and out of the completely fenced garden through the terrace door at any time, without us having to worry.
Thank you for the lovely vacation.

Wind, sun, sea, and a great temporary home.

We had a great week with our dog in the very beautiful holiday home. Comfortable, tastefully furnished and a completely fenced property. Perfect for my small dog, who unfortunately cannot be off-leash. In the garden, she could romp around to her heart's content. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The house is just great. We will gladly come back.

Already booked again for 2024 ..

Very tastefully furnished, everything very clean, and the garden, fenced in, is a dream for our always otherwise escaping dog. Of course there is TV, wifi, radio, Senseo, and everything else you need available... even a great vacuum cleaner to leave everything as found.

Very nice holiday with dogs

We spent a very nice holiday here with our two small dogs. The house is quiet and tastefully furnished. The garden is completely fenced and therefore ideal for us dog lovers. The way to the sea is easily manageable on foot. Contact with Mr Neddens was just as uncomplicated as the handing over of the keys in the office at the park entrance. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in Haus Seedorn.

Wonderful break

In October, we enjoyed a relaxing break with our two dogs. The house is very well and high-quality equipped and decorated with great attention to detail. I would especially like to highlight the quality of the beds; we rarely slept so well in a holiday home. Although the facility was well booked during the autumn holidays in NRW, we had a lot of privacy due to the location of the house and the landscaping of the garden, which is also securely fenced for small dogs. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. It was a wonderful week at the Seedorn house, so we booked for next year immediately. We are already looking forward to it.

Dream vacation in perfectly equipped house

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Seedorn house with our little dog.

We have never found such a well-equipped kitchen in any holiday home before. The entire house is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. There are two flat-screen TVs in the living room with a couch and two comfortable armchairs, and in one bedroom. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and has a large shower, many hooks and towel rails for drying towels, and an incredible amount of storage options for bathroom items.
In the bedrooms, the cupboards provide ample storage space for clothing. The mattresses are extremely comfortable. The garden is not visible from the neighboring gardens and offers privacy; it is fully fenced.
There are two seating areas in the garden, allowing you to enjoy the morning and evening sun. A grill is available. Bed linen and towels can be rented from the administration. The facility is located directly at the beach access, and in about 10 minutes on foot, you will reach the stunning beach.

Wonderful vacation

We spent two wonderful vacation weeks here with our dog. The house is lovingly decorated down to the last detail and is very cozy. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is more than well-equipped. We slept comfortably in the beds with super mattresses. The shower is spacious, and the bathroom is functional and modern. The beautiful garden is completely fenced, allowing our dog to move around freely and safely. Beautiful garden furniture is available, and the planting offers a lot of privacy to have breakfast there or simply enjoy the sun. The house and amenities were very clean. The location in the park is not too far from the entrance, so you can easily walk to the beach and the dunes. Conclusion: absolutely nothing to criticize, definitely recommended!
