Description

The large living room on the ground floor has two designer leather sofas, a Scandinavian stove, satellite flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player, board games, books and maps and information material.
Of course, you have free internet (wireless).
The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven with oven function and all usual small appliances.
The dining area (table extendable) provides ample room for a meal.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with double bed and large wardrobe and a travel cot, the other furnished with two single beds, a small closet and a dresser. Both bedrooms each have a large vanity, from both of which enjoy Dünenblick!
In the lower floor is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
From the living room leads into our relaxation area with a log cabin sauna for up to 3 people.

Our house is located at the northern tip of the province of North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder, embedded in one of the best holiday parks in the Netherlands. The "Strandslag" park is designed with canals and small bridges, in the middle there is a bath and Spielsee as attraction for our younger guests. A barrier at the entrance of the Anlanger restricted to traffic to a minimum.
Our holiday dream is quiet in the border area of our residence on a plot of 300 square meters and is completely fenced, so our four-legged guests are welcome to join us, can not escape. Our garden is generously: Two terraces on the house and a seat in the rear garden area (evening sun) files directly to linger in good weather.
Discover the unique, authentic atmosphere of the small tranquil, typical Dutch villages and small towns by bike or car.
For tulips in April / May our dream vacation surrounded by brightly colored fields with millions of daffodils, tulips and other early bloomers. This sight, there is nowhere else in the world.

Location and surroundings of object

Closed holiday park directly behind the dunes with playgrounds and swimming pond, a small restaurant, tennis court and bike rental and mini golf. Julianadorp aan Zee is located directly behind the dunes of Julianadorp district. You reach the sea a few steps. In our resort you can rent bikes, buy in season rolls, mini golf and the younger guests will have fun on the trampoline.

Feast, enjoy & experience in North Holland
Shopping is fun in North Holland, particularly in Julianadorp. Page Aldi, Lidl, shopping centers Deen and Vomar, excellent bakers, an authentic cheese shop, a pharmacy, a bank and much more. Furthermore you can find in the village a dentist, prakt. Doctors and a veterinarian and their practices.

Julianadorp has for Gourmets lot. A pizzeria, a Chinese restaurant, a children's restaurant and cozy, typical Dutch pubs offer wholesome for every taste and every budget.
The park Strandslag you will also find a small restaurant and at the Dünenstraße you will also find. Our favorite is the beach restaurant open all year round "Paal Zes", enjoy outdoors but also inside the gorgeous sea view in front of you, in stormy weather also among them.
All of Holland is a cyclist's paradise. You know, of course, but perhaps you do not know our excellent network of roads. It leads through colorful fields of flowers in spring, through nature reserves and secluded dune slacks.

Dutch people love not only their wheels and their beach, but especially their dogs. They are tolerant and animals. Many German are therefore to be found in our area, because the fantastic scenery can be enjoyed on the beach with his four-legged friends here without spa card and no dog ban.

By the way: Dogs are negotiable in our house welcome guests!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful Ankerplatz holiday home with our two small dogs. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The garden is completely fenced in so that the dogs can play safely. The house is very tasteful and well furnished. A special highlight is the sauna. The contact with the owners is also friendly and problem-free, as is the handing over of the keys to the manager. We are already looking forward to the next time.

You can really feel at home here!

I have been going to Julianadorp with my dog for years now. For us, everything just fits there.
Now we have also booked this wonderful accommodation.
From the reservation to the stay to the departure, everything went like clockwork.
The house is very comfortably furnished and really lacks nothing.
The icing on the cake in bad weather is the sauna.
In good weather, the spacious garden and the weather-protected terrace are inviting.
The beach is within walking distance and there are great hiking trails on the way to Den Helder with forest, dunes and beach. What more could you want?

Wonderful relaxing holiday

we have been going to Julianadorp for years, this time we booked the anchorage with our young dog Smilla, a beagle, and we are thrilled, the beautiful garden, completely fenced in, our Smilla felt very comfortable from the start, the great furnished house, everything you need is there, neat and clean, we felt very comfortable from the beginning, the weather was good, we could have breakfast on the terrace almost every day, the proximity to the beach is ideal, good starting point for trips to Texel, to the lighthouse langer Japp, Schagen Thursday market, Alkmaar Friday cheese market, windmills and museums in Zaanse Schans, Bergen an Zee, Egmond aan Zee. North Holland is always worth a visit all year round. We love to come back.

Stilvolles , gemütliches Haus

Wundervoll im Winter

The third time we were able to stay in this perfect accommodation for us. For the first time in winter.
The house is fantastic for that too. Especially pleasant was the sauna, which we used twice after long hikes.
Our two Frenchies immediately felt at home again and enjoyed the beach at this time, just like us.
Once again a heartfelt thank you. Thank you for the uncomplicated option of extending our vacation, which we gladly took advantage of - we would have loved to stay even longer.

Traumhafter Urlaub

We were there for a week in November with our three dogs. It was a wonderful time. We can only recommend it. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The fenced garden is perfect for dog owners. The beach is within walking distance through the dunes. The sauna is great, especially during this time of year. Hundeurlaub

A very nice house with small stylish details for comfort, nothing was missing, great fenced garden, quiet and yet not far from the beach. The sauna was more than okay with 2 euros for 100 minutes. Waiting has paid off

Due to Corona, we had to postpone our planned stay at Ankerplatz three times. On the fourth attempt, it finally worked and we were thrilled. Always happy to come back

The first impression upon entering the house was extremely positive. It is very individually and lovingly designed, full of art and beautiful things. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and with the window open, you can hear the distant sound of the surf. When the weather is nice, we could have breakfast on the terrace. There is plenty of storage space for luggage. A house you always enjoy returning to. We felt completely comfortable from the first minute until the last.

Holiday home to feel good in good and bad weather.

The designation "Feel-Good House" for this clean, functional, and cozy furnished holiday home is certainly not exaggerated. We have been able to enjoy the advantages of this house, its immediate surroundings, and the landscape for the 8th time this year. Both as a couple and with four adults and our dog, we always felt very comfortable here in any weather. Particularly pleasant is that the house has a separate toilet in addition to the bathroom. As dog owners, we appreciate that the property is completely fenced. However, it is also very pleasant that the hedges surrounding the property provide sufficient privacy from curious glances.
My conclusion is that one can feel comfortable in this holiday home in any weather.

Happy in the accommodation.

Thank you for a wonderful week - we just returned from Julianadorp and found a very charming and individually furnished holiday home with high-quality equipment and all the many nice little things that one is used to from home. The location is perfect, very quiet with a lovingly designed garden. An absolute highlight is the comfortable sauna, which we used extensively. First impression deceives.

Cannot share the general enthusiasm.
At first glance, the house is very nicely furnished, and the outdoor area is also beautifully designed.
BUT:
Uncomfortable sofas,
Outdoor area visible from two sides, impractical after using the sauna.
Sauna operates with coin operation, only possible with two-euro coins, requires at least 45 minutes of preheating time, quickly costs 4 euros for a "normal" sauna session.
When this was criticized by the landlord, there was only an evasive response. The coin operation is still not indicated in the advertisement.

Ups – was ist denn da passiert? Nichts liegt uns ferner, als unsere Gäste zu verstimmen, wir sind mit Herzblut dabei und immer bestrebt, den Aufenthalt für alle Urlauber in unserem Haus so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zwei Punkte sind uns wichtig: Der Garten und die Terrasse sind und bleiben uneinsehbar, auch wenn Herr K. das anders empfinden mag, im März haben natürlich nicht alle Sträucher und Bäume ein grünes Kleid. Die Parkordnung schreibt eine Heckenhöhe von einem Meter vor, wir haben dieses Maß für einen guten Sichtschutz zum Teil verdoppelt, des weiteren verbirgt eine Windschutzmauer den Blick auf die Terrasse.
Die Saunagebühr von 2€ für eine Heizperiode von 100‘ deckt nicht einmal die anfallenden Stromkosten hierfür, dies als Abzocke zu bezeichnen, empfinden wir als unangemessen. Wir sind uns ganz sicher, dass auch unsere neuen Gäste dies nach der Lektüre unserer positiven Bewertungen (besonders der Garten und die Sauna haben es den Urlaubern angetan) richtig einschätzen können und sich auf den Aufenthalt in unserem Ankerplatz freuen.

Again and again...

... This place in this cozy and stylishly furnished holiday home again and again. Nothing is missing.
The kitchen is more than adequately equipped. The fenced garden invites you to linger, so that even parents with small children can enjoy their coffee in peace in the green.
It is clean and in very good condition. An absolute plus is the sauna. The holiday park is great for playing, walking, and watching birds at the lake.

Holiday home for feeling good and relaxing

This holiday home is a dream: lovingly furnished, clean, and equipped with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully decorated living and dining room. The garden is fantastic and provides plenty of shade but also sunny spots in the summer. The house and garden are also suitable for families with young children. We have already stayed in this house for the 2nd time with our 2 boys (3+4 years old) on vacation. Every time our vacation was very relaxing: a large playground for very young and older children, a great beach within walking distance, a shopping center reachable in a few minutes by car, and day trips to, among others, the island of Texel are possible. We would vacation here again anytime and recommend this house 100%.

Just like home

This beautiful holiday home is so cozy, clean, and tasteful. We had everything we needed. Even if you didn't feel like going on an excursion, you could relax on the loungers in the garden. For sauna lovers, the onsite sauna is a definite plus. You feel comfortable right away because everything is so harmoniously coordinated. In the kitchen, you'll find everything in the cabinets that you wouldn't expect in a holiday accommodation. Just great. The beautiful beach is easy to reach on foot. We will be back!

Vacation can be so beautiful!

A very nice, fully equipped small cottage with a fenced garden. Everything is available, from garden furniture to a grill. Ideal for us and our little dachshund. Everything was very neat, clean, and modernly furnished.

The handling leaves nothing to be desired. The email inquiries in advance were answered very quickly and competently, and the key handover was very well organized. The area around Julianadorp offers everything one could wish for a holiday with a dog. Expansive kilometres-long beach where the dog can play, many hiking trails, and even with a bike, you can cover several kilometers through the dunes.

The cottage is located about a 5-minute walk from the North Sea, directly in a holiday complex with a mini-golf course, play facilities for children, and a small restaurant. The shopping and supply options can be reached by car in three to five minutes (Aldi, Deen, HEMA, etc.).

There is nothing to complain about regarding the price-performance ratio. We will gladly come back and are already looking forward to the beautiful hours.

We have already stayed in the holiday apartment of the Feld-Nüßler family in Born on the Darß (and you immediately recognize with how much attention to detail the apartment is equipped).
