Description
The bungalow was built in 1994 in solid construction and has a large living room with fireplace and separate kitchen. Furthermore, there is a bathroom / toilet and a storage room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
The house is heated by central heating and is therefore habitable all year round. The technical equipment includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, washing machine and dishwasher. For your entertainment there are 2 HD flat screen TVs with satellite connection as well as DVD player and a hi-fi system. Internet WLAN available.
The garden (approx. 400 sqm.) is completely fenced 1.20m high and has a car parking space.

Julianadorp aan Zee belongs to the province of Noordholland and is located in the far northwest of the Netherlands about 5 km south of Den Helder. Julianadorp is a small seaside resort whose special charm lies in the varied landscape. In addition to the countless flower bulb fields, you will find extensive hiking trails through dune areas and small forests. But the biggest attraction is probably the kilometre-long fine sandy beach, which you can reach on foot from your accommodation in 10 minutes.
Julianadorp itself offers many shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as a range of recreational facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, golf, bicycle rental and tennis courts.

Very tastefully furnished, everything very clean, and the garden, fenced in, is a dream for our always otherwise escaping dog. Of course there is TV, wifi, radio, Senseo, and everything else you need available... even a great vacuum cleaner to leave everything as found.

Very nice holiday with dogs
We spent a very nice holiday here with our two small dogs. The house is quiet and tastefully furnished. The garden is completely fenced and therefore ideal for us dog lovers. The way to the sea is easily manageable on foot. Contact with Mr Neddens was just as uncomplicated as the handing over of the keys in the office at the park entrance. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in Haus Seedorn.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unkomplizierte Übergabe.
Toll ist, dass das Haus ab dem Hoftor komplett eingezäunt ist, super mit Hund.

Wunderbare Auszeit
Wir haben im Oktober mit unseren 2 Hunden eine entspannte Auszeit genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Qualität der Betten; selten haben wir in einem Ferienhaus so gut geschlafen. Obwohl die Anlage in den Herbstferien NRW gut belegt war, hatten wir durch die Lage des Hauses und Bepflanzung des Gartens, welcher auch für Kleinhunde sicher eingezäunt ist, viel Privatsphäre. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es war eine wunderbare Woche im Haus Seedorn, so dass wir direkt für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf.

Traumhafter Urlaub in perfekt ausgestattem Haus
Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen im Haus Seedorn mit unserem kleinen Hund verbracht.
Eine so gut ausgestatte Küche haben wir bisher in keinem Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Das gesamte Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es sind zwei Flachbild-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Couch und zwei bequemen Sesseln und in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Das Bad ist vom WC getrennt und hat eine große Dusche, viele Haken und Handtuchhalter zum Trocknen von Handtüchern und unglaublich viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für Badartikel.
In den Schlafzimmern bieten die Schränke reichlich Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Matratzen sind äusserst bequem. Der Garten ist von den Nachbargärten nicht einsehbar und bietet
Privatsphäre, er ist vollständig eingezäunt.
Es stehen zwei Sitzgruppen im Garten zur Verfügung, so dass man Morgen- und Abendsonne genießen kann. Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können bei der Verwaltung gemietet werden. Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strandaufgang, in ca. 10 Gehminuten ist man am traumhaften Strand angelangt.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Urlaubswochen mit Hund hier verbracht. Das Haus ist bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll dekoriert und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist mehr als umfangreich ausgestattet. In den Betten mit super Matratzen haben wir erholsam geschlafen. Die Dusche ist geräumig und das Badezimmer funktional und modern. Der schöne Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so das sich unser Hund gefahrlos frei bewegen konnte. Schöne Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden und die Bepflanzung bietet viel Privatsphäre, um dort zu frühstücken oder einfach die Sonne zu genießen. Haus und Ausstattung waren sehr sauber. Die Lage im Park ist nicht allzu weit vom Eingang, so das man bequem fußläufig den Strand und die Dünen erreicht. Fazit: absolut nichts zu beanstanden, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
