Beach Resort La Margarita (registered in the Tourism Register of Catalonia ATT-000033) consists of 12 semi-detached houses of 51 m2 each, fully equipped and recently renovated. La Margarita (5,000 m2) is located in a very quiet Mediterranean coastal area. The houses all have seaview and direct access to the Arenal Beach in L'Hospitalet de l'Infant, far from mass tourism, 1h15 south of Barcelona.
We offer two types of houses: 10 Standard and 2 Premium houses. In addition to the modern equipment of our comfortable and attractive Standard houses, the Premium Houses have a higher standard of interior decoration, such as brand-new kitchen and bath, etc.
All houses (Standard or Premium) have 2 double bedrooms for 4 people, A/C, a living-dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a small garden porch. The use of the swimming pool and large shared picknick area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access, safe, playground, shared barbecue for 2 houses, parking and final cleaning service are included in the price.

| The price includes all taxes (10 % VAT and tourism tax), final cleaning, bed sheets, bath and beach towels, internet WIFI, parking beside the house, etc. There won't be any additional fees, not even a deposit. Only the washing maschine (2€). |
Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- - Over 90 days before the start of the stay: the paid amount will be refunded minus 50 EUR handling expenses - Less than 90 days before the start of the stay: In principle, no refund will be granted. However, Costalingua wants to be fair and act with the utmost business courtesy. Therefore, we ask our clients to communicate a cancellation at the earliest possible moment. If Costalingua can rent the property to another client during the corresponding time, the actual rental amount resulting from the new rental will be refunded.

We rented one of the beautiful bungalows here for 7 days with 2 adults and a dog
The landlords are kind-hearted people ❤️ So that you feel at home as soon as you arrive
The houses are super nice and really cute ❤️
The pool is also super nice and it is wonderful to swim there
The beach is just a 2 minute walk away, cross the road once and you are there?
Eating and shopping is also great, just walk down the beach and you are there in about 20 minutes
All in all it is a dream - I can recommend it to everyone without feeling bad
