Just 300 km south of the French-Spanish border Le Boulou - La Jonquera, 125 km south of
Barcelona.
Beautiful luxury beach apartment with sea view, just 30m from the fine sandy beach, 2 bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms. Rich Atmosphere common tropical garden with a large, crystal clear swimming
pool with all sun facilities and shady spots under the palm trees.
Situated in a luxurious private condominium, located in a fully enclosed and well maintained 4000m2
large private domain, beautiful, unique and a quiet location right on the sea front and just 30 meters
from the quiet, wide and long, sandy beach Platja de l ‘Arenal. The two buildings surround a beautiful
communal garden with many topical palm trees and a large, crystal clear and well maintained
swimming pool with many curves and finished with mosaic tiles. In the vicinity of the palm is halogen
processed so that when night falls, the garden attractive and with its beautiful lightening gives a fairy
tale atmosphere. Both buildings each have 21 apartments, each floor has 7 apartments, situated on
the ground floor, first and second floor and are accessible by a large elevator. Each apartment has a
spacious private underground parking space for one car, also accessible by elevator.

This large 90m2 corner apartment situated on the second floor of B complex, decorated with care,
cosy and luxurious, with Mediterranean influences, no expense has been spared to make the care of
your holiday. This comfortable, beautiful and spacious layout apartment is equipped with all
comforts.
Division
The living room is divided into a dining area and a lounge area with ample seating for 4 people,
satellite TV, TV LCD 47 (119cm), DVD and CD. The two large garden doors from the living room give
you access to the 10m2 large covered terrace with a teak dining table (0.78x2.00m) with 4 chairs and
lounge chairs with loose back cushions to chill out. From the covered terrace you have a beautiful
view of nature and sea view.
A spacious and very well equipped kitchen connected to the living room through an open relay
arcade, equipped with every comfort, including four ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer layout, coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, etc. The
crockery and glassware are abundant. Also you can count on a lot of table accessories.
This apartment has two bedrooms, one en suite. This bedroom has two single beds (0.90x2.00m) and
large potted Wardrobes, adjacent to a spacious bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. This
room also has sea view.
The second bedroom, located at the rear, has two single beds (0.90x1.90m) and large potted
Wardrobes and you use via the shared hallway, the second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Both bathrooms have a window with outside light.
There is no possibility to place extra beds in the bedroom or living room. This apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. Duvets and pillows
are provided.
In The Lodsh you have a ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds.
Short, a wonderful location, located near and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by crystal clear water
and sandy beaches equipped with blue flag, located in a pleasant and natural environment. The
complex is located just 2 km from the village of L'Hospitalet de L’Infant (with all banking, retail,
catering and sports facilities, and marina), 5 min by car and reachable on foot in 20 minutes from the
coast and promenade . Surrounded by a green-covered Provencal mountain range, a preserved
tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, you will find a nice
balance between sun and sea, man and nature. Where it comes to rest, a must for those who love a
quiet and relaxing beach. In the vicinity there is a lot to offer and there is a very wide range of
possibilities to explore. Every day a different location.

area in the centre of the Gulf of Sant Jordi, in the middle of the Costa Dorada on the Mediterranean
Sea, just 290 km from the French border, 125 km from Barcelona airport and 30 km from the Reus
Airport. Surrounded by her lovely long sandy beaches with crystal clear water and surrounded by its
green mountains of Provence. The nature around the Coll de Balaguer with many fine hiking trails,

| The LODSH beachapartment 2026 Thank you very much for your interest in our holiday home. Calafat Retreats will exclusively provide your reservation. Feel free to ask about our rental modalities for reserving our holiday home. We do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our assistance team is on site during your stay. Should a problem arise, they will take care of you and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Apartment with rental license 012217-hutte registered in the register of tourist accommodations in Catalonia. The drawing up of a lease with season rental is mandatory Minimum rental period by one or two weeks, not by days. Included is gas consumption (for hot water)/water/domestic electricity consumption linked to living/swimming pool maintenance/access to 1 private underground parking space. The consumption of gas for heating is not included. Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available to you free of charge. Tea towels, bed linen and towels (for use within the bathrooms of the apartment) are provided. Towels for use around the pool and at the beach you must always bring yourselves. Flat rate for each rental. -Cleaning fee: € 90,-. -Tourist tax in tourist establishments in Catalonia € 1,00 per adult per night (exceptions persons from sixteen years or less, so at the age of 17 years) Rental Agreement A rental agreement is mandatory for seasonal rentals. After receiving your information, Calafat Retreats will email you the rental agreement, which includes the full terms and conditions of your reservation and has already been signed by us. You must return a signed scanned copy of the rental agreement to us by email within 24 hours of booking and receipt of the rental contract. The 30% deposit of the total rental amount must be deposited into our account within 72 hours of the contract date. The balance (70%) must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount must be deposited into our account upon signing the rental agreement. Security Deposit There will be a security deposit of € 750,- payable in cash on arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the accommodation and its contents being returned to the property owner in same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. On the day of arrival you have access at the holiday accommodation from 17.00 hours in the afternoon. On the day departure you must leave the holiday accommodation at the latest at 10.00 hours in the morning. The check-in times are between 17.00 and 20.00 hours in the evening. If you arrive later than 20.00 hours, you must inform us in advance so that we can plan the necessary for a later check-in. The check-out times are between 07.00 and at the latest at 10.00 hours in the morning. This apartment is only rented to one family. Children under 5 years old are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. No smoking permitted inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed at this location. We only accept payment method by Bank Transfer. L’Ametlla de Mar 15 km: an authentic, quaint and picturesque fishing village, located on the coast
and is known for its many typical restaurants with excellent sea cuisine and many terraces. Definitely
recommended, with departure from the fishing port, the Tuna Tour, you can visit on 5km from the
coast with a specially designed catamaran, the largest growing fields of red tuna and if you wish you
can even swim between this meters long Tunas.
Ampolla 35 km: with its typical fishing and beautiful marina with yacht club, promenade, numerous
