This nice and carefully furnished holiday home is located in the front part of the quiet and green park De Toekomst in the middle of the Kop van Goeree, starting point for walks and bike rides in all directions from Goeree Overflakkee and it is 10 minutes by bike from the beaches. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.
Toekomst 103 is completely free and has a free sunny garden with various options for seating. This holiday home is suitable for 4 people, both for a family and four adults. The house has recently been completely renovated and equipped with a new bathroom, kitchen and two dormer windows. Upon entering is the spiral staircase to the top, sliding door to the bathroom and the living room. The neat and new bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet, cupboard space, towel radiator and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, 5-burner stove, kettle, refrigerator and coffee maker. The dining area has an elongated table (which can be extended to 1.80) with four chairs. The attractive living room with recessed spotlights has an open character and is equipped with a TV, 3 sofas, 2 separate armchairs and an electric fireplace. Where it is pleasant to relax in the autumn and winter. Don't feel like watching TV? There are various games and books available. From the sitting area is access to the bedroom. Here you will find a double bed 160 x 200. Under the bed you will find 4 spacious, deep drawers in which you can also store things. From the sitting area there are patio doors to the sunny terrace. In addition, there is a second terrace on the side where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. Upstairs there is one spacious bedroom with two single beds (box springs) of 90 x 200 meters. These are also easy to place together as a double. The house has electric shutters so that it stays nice and cool during the warmer months. The house has all the ingredients for a top holiday by the sea.

The house is very bright and pleasant on the ground floor due to the large window fronts. The garden and the spacious terrace are beautiful. The shed is ideal for bicycles, etc. The interior is all new and clean. In the two bedrooms we missed closets for storing holiday clothes. The spiral staircase to the upper floor is very narrow and only secured to the wall with 2 handles (no railing). This could be dangerous for younger children and the elderly.
