Enjoying a beautiful location, 10 minutes from the beach with cosy beach bars, water sports opportunities, hiking, cycling.
Ouddorp is located on the North Sea and has more than 18 kilometres of beach. Much of this beach is on the Brouwersdam. The place to spend a summer day or a windy day. You can surf or sunbathe on the Brouwersdam, take a nice beach walk or go to one of the many beach bars and finish the day in one of Ouddorp's many restaurants
Many cities are within easy reach: Middelburg and Brouwersdam are "around the corner", Renesse is 16 km away, Vlissingen, Rotterdam and The Hague are within easy reach
Space:
Cosy mobile home, the living room has been completely redecorated in boho style.
For cold days there is a pellet stove. (pellets are provided)
There is a kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine. Lovely to make a fresh cup of coffee. Also present: a kettle, toaster, small oven and a small airfryer . Everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Cooking is on gas.
In the living room: 1 sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, dining table for 4. Also present a smart TV and free Wifi is available. Wifi is not strong on the island at busy times.
The caravan is ideal for 2 people. There is a sofa bed for 2 children if necessary.
Present 1 bedroom with a 180x200 luxury box spring. Sun protection blinds.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
A small tent can always be placed in the garden by arrangement.
In autumn a room with a bunk bed will be added
There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and a shower with a lovely jet.
Small dogs are welcome, but please consult us. There is a feeding and drinking bowl available. The spacious garden is completely fenced.
Dogs must be leashed in the park and let out outside. In the unlikely event that the dog leaves a pile, please clean up. This also applies if it happens in the garden.
From the covered veranda, you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a nice cup of coffee, tea, wine or other drink in all weathers. Present under the veranda: A dining table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs. The ultimate holiday feeling.
In the garden is a lovely Fatboy hammock. In the evening, you still have an evening sun there. You can laze around after a day at the beach.
The holiday starts right away, because the beds are made for you and there is a towel package for each person. The package consists of 1 large towel and 1 small towel. For the kitchen, 1 towel and 1 tea towel are provided.
Please bring your own swimming towels
Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. Dull candles or dinner candles are not allowed, but tea lights are. This is due to the risk of fire
We have Wifi but on the island the internet is not very good. That is why I did not tick the Wifi option.
In the accommodation is an information folder with information but also with fun activities to do around Ouddorp.

It is a small holiday park. The holiday park "De Toekomst" is 10 minutes from the beach. There are many beaches with beach bars. The cosy centre of Ouddorp is about 3 km away. There is also a Jumbo, Albert Hein, Aldi, Spar.
Near the park is a nice Eatery Westduin with delicious dishes and a nice terrace.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Monday to Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m
Saturday afternoons from 16.00 - 17.00. There is a container in the car park.
Park the car for free in the car park. You can unload the car at the accommodation and then park in the car park.

I am Dineke and I am from the Netherlands. I have a husband, daughter and 3 little dogs. Including 2 dachshunds. We love the beach, sea, nice walks, drinks, good food. That's why we bought this caravan. Nicely refurbished. We regularly sit there ourselves. In the autumn, we are going to add another room to this caravan with a bunk bed. And Ouddorp is a super nice little town. Beach nearby. Really a very nice place.
