The house is actually only a few metres from the lake, so you can walk to the lake in your swimming trunks. Rooms are big enough and everyone had their place.

There are insect screens / mosquito nets on the windows. The house is very well maintained.

A great clean, well equipped house with a great garden to relax in. FREE BEACH is 80 m from the house ( 1 minute walk) , there are quiet side streets, and possibilities for shopping and restaurants to eat only to 2-5 minutes walk.
Beautiful, well-maintained and quiet house with idyllic garden, located near the water, with terraces (covered terrace and open terrace).
The landlord is very friendly. The landlord does not live there, but 10 minutes by car nearby (lives nearby in case of any problems). The landlord provides a clean house, clean bed linen and a house key

Booking fee / PAYMENT: 50% OF THE TOTAL PRICE AT BOOKING (by international bank transfer)
RESIDENTIAL PAYMENT: ON ARRIVAL (Guest pays the remaining 50% of the house price in cash on arrival)
COURT EXCHANGE: included in the house price
PET WELCOME: 0 EURO PER DAY
Deposit in case of damage (to the house), payable on arrival: 120 EUR If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival date (If you cancel the booking at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date by 12.00 CET Central European Time
You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee (1 night fee) if you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in by 12.00 CET (Central European Time). Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will not be refunded.

Highly recommended!!!
The handover of the house and everything around it was very detailed, so that no question was left unanswered. The house is really in a very beautiful location and is well equipped. The highlights, such as the free SUP, kayak, electric car for the little ones, and a Jacuzzi where you could also go in the rain, make the accommodation perfect. The free beach on site is really very nice. It is clean, large, has many play opportunities, sports equipment, bars, restaurants, and much more. The service of the landlady is absolutely awesome, no matter what happened, she always helped and was there with advice and action. I can really only recommend this accommodation and will definitely go on vacation there again myself.
