This beautiful property near Lake Balaton impresses with its beautiful and well-kept outdoor area. Interior comfort was also important during the renovation. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, infrared sauna, SMART TV in the living room, separate TVs in two bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms and a bidet in one of them. 3 bicycles are also available. The covered terrace is fantastic! There is a railway line on the other side of the road next to the house, but the noise barrier does not disturb at all. The beach Pozsony utca, one of the most popular smaller beaches of Balatonfenyves, is only 200 m away from the house, so you can spend the day comfortably swimming, splashing, especially with children. Shopping is also very close. The courtyard is completely fenced, gate is lockable.
