Would come again anytime
Top accommodation, nice landlord. I can only recommend it. Everything clean and in order, close to the beach and places to eat. I would come back immediately, but unfortunately I don't have any more vacation time at the moment.

Beautiful summer holiday
The holiday home is located very close to the lake. It offers space for 6 people. We were 2 adults and 3 children (13,10,9).
Due to an opaque fence at the front on the road, you have your privacy. This is nice when using the terrace to the street side in the evening. The house itself is always in a cool state due to the surrounding trees and the attached shutters, which is a great advantage especially in the summer months. We used the back covered terrace every morning for breakfast, whether it was raining or not
The house has heating, so it is no problem to have it nice and warm even on cooler days
The bathroom is modern and has a spacious, beautiful shower, where the hot water is available from start to finish, even after 5 people, this is made possible by the heating boiler
The equipment of the house is completely sufficient. We didn't miss anything and felt very very comfortable
The landlord was also very friendly and accommodating. He also spoke very good German.
We would definitely like to come back again.

Seit Jahrzehnten habe ich kulturvierte, gepflegte Gäste, deshalb fühle ich mich zu glücklich.
Noch nie habe ich meine Schlüssel so sauber, pedantisch wiedergehabt als bei euch.
Früher habe ich alles schon gedankt, aber hier, im schriftlichen Form bin is genau so dankbar. Ihr seid erstklässige Gäste für mich und mit größigsten Freude warte ich auf die nächste Treffung. unforgettable holiday
Very nice house located near the free beach. You can park your car on the property. The owner's descriptions are completely accurate. We took the opportunity to go swimming in Lake Balaton in our bathing suits only, without looking for a place at the free beach, and we did this whenever we wanted (e.g. bathing at sunset ...) and then retired to the terrace at the house. So there is no need to pack the car every day to go swimming, no need to look for a parking space ... We could almost do without the car.
As there is a barbecue in the garden and wood behind the house, we took the opportunity to prepare a kettle goulash. We found the necessary utensils in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen; however, we brought our fully automatic coffee machine from home. Because of the many trees on the property, the house is cool even without air conditioning. There are insect screens on the windows, so we didn't have a single mosquito in the house. There is a small ABC market, a CBA supermarket, a Eurospar and a cash machine nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. It is worth mentioning that you should take a lot of towels and bath towels with you. We were able to let our two boys (9 and 11 years old) go to the lake alone without hesitation. You can walk almost 500 metres into Lake Balaton until it gets deeper (approx. 1.90 m). The buoys that mark off the bathing area are far in front of this area (approx. 350 m, water depth approx. 1.40 m). We also took advantage of the possibility to go to Budapest by train (2 hours travel time, connections are very good). Highly recommended
We had a very nice, relaxing holiday and will definitely come back next year.
