Would come again anytime
Top accommodation, nice landlord. I can only recommend it. Everything clean and in order, close to the beach and places to eat. I would come back immediately, but unfortunately I don't have any more vacation time at the moment.

Beautiful summer holiday
The holiday home is located very close to the lake. It offers space for 6 people. We were 2 adults and 3 children (13,10,9).
Due to an opaque fence at the front on the road, you have your privacy. This is nice when using the terrace to the street side in the evening. The house itself is always in a cool state due to the surrounding trees and the attached shutters, which is a great advantage especially in the summer months. We used the back covered terrace every morning for breakfast, whether it was raining or not
The house has heating, so it is no problem to have it nice and warm even on cooler days
The bathroom is modern and has a spacious, beautiful shower, where the hot water is available from start to finish, even after 5 people, this is made possible by the heating boiler
The equipment of the house is completely sufficient. We didn't miss anything and felt very very comfortable
The landlord was also very friendly and accommodating. He also spoke very good German.
We would definitely like to come back again.

unforgettable holiday
Very nice house located near the free beach. You can park your car on the property. The owner's descriptions are completely accurate. We took the opportunity to go swimming in Lake Balaton in our bathing suits only, without looking for a place at the free beach, and we did this whenever we wanted (e.g. bathing at sunset ...) and then retired to the terrace at the house. So there is no need to pack the car every day to go swimming, no need to look for a parking space ... We could almost do without the car.
As there is a barbecue in the garden and wood behind the house, we took the opportunity to prepare a kettle goulash. We found the necessary utensils in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen; however, we brought our fully automatic coffee machine from home. Because of the many trees on the property, the house is cool even without air conditioning. There are insect screens on the windows, so we didn't have a single mosquito in the house. There is a small ABC market, a CBA supermarket, a Eurospar and a cash machine nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. It is worth mentioning that you should take a lot of towels and bath towels with you. We were able to let our two boys (9 and 11 years old) go to the lake alone without hesitation. You can walk almost 500 metres into Lake Balaton until it gets deeper (approx. 1.90 m). The buoys that mark off the bathing area are far in front of this area (approx. 350 m, water depth approx. 1.40 m). We also took advantage of the possibility to go to Budapest by train (2 hours travel time, connections are very good). Highly recommended
We had a very nice, relaxing holiday and will definitely come back next year.

Simply perfect
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the house. The owner welcomed us warmly on the day of arrival and prepared everything perfectly, even chilled drinks were ready for us in the fridge.
We felt very comfortable during the whole time. Everything we needed was available. However, you should bring your own towels for the beach. The garden is a dream. It is beautifully landscaped and you are not so exposed to passers-by.
All important shops are within walking distance, whether supermarket, cash machine, restaurant. The nearby beach is very clean and there is something to do for young and old. We spent a great 2 weeks and can only recommend the house. Maybe we can come back again in the next few years!

very beautiful holiday
I can only recommend the holiday home, very clean, very well maintained, and it keeps its promise. The owner is incredibly friendly and obliging, after we brought him German beer, he gave us a bottle of Hungarian wine as a farewell gift, thanks again to Zoltan. The wine tasted very good at home and reminded us of our holidays in Hungary
We had no problems with the house. Everything was there, well, a kettle is still missing, but otherwise everything is perfect. You should bring your own towels.
The two terraces are golden and we enjoyed the late afternoon sun on the front terrace after swimming at the lake. The terrace behind the house is covered and also sheltered from the wind, so you can also enjoy sitting outside on a rainy day ( but this only happened to us on the first day).
The house is actually only a few metres from the lake, so you can walk to the lake in your swimming trunks. The lawn for sunbathing is very well maintained. It should be emphasised that you are on the only free beach on the whole of Lake Balaton, i.e. no entrance fee is charged.
All in all, it was a wonderful family holiday that we enjoyed here, especially thanks to the pretty holiday cottage.

Holiday home
We were very warmly received.a cosy clean cottage with 2 great terraces.the property is not immediately visible from the road, which we as a family found very pleasant.a rear terrace was covered, so you could sit outside even when it rained a little.whereas my children were more on the beloved Hollywood swing.Super were also the outside blinds in the evening, through the attached fly screen we could leave the windows open at night in the heat.
In the house itself there was enough space for the 5 of us, even in bad weather.
TV with lots of German channels was an advantage.
The kitchen was equipped with everything you need.
Since everything runs on a gas pipe, we always had hot water and no one had to wait for a shower

Wunderschönes Haus mit idyllischem Garten
Wunderschönes, gepflegtes und ruhiges Haus mit idyllischem Garten, in der Nähe des Wassers gelegen, mit zwei sonnigen Terrassen. Ideal für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat auf uns bis 1.00 Uhr nachts bei der Ankunft gewartet, obwohl er in Budapest wohnt. Einen ganz lieben Dank, Zoltán, wir möchten gerne wieder kommen! Super Haus zum Erholen
Ein super Haus zum Erholen. Nur 60 m zum Balaton, ruhige Seitenstraße, ein toller Garten und zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen ist es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Braucht man noch mehr im Urlaub mit Kinder und Hund? Ein sehr nette Vermieter, der perfekt deutsch spricht. Räume sind ausreichend groß und jeder hatte seinen Platz. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die doch sehr harten Betten. Man weiß sich aber in dem gemütlichen Häuschen zu helfen ;-). Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße an Peppi - den Nachbar-Hund!

Kleines schönes Haus in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Nur ca. 60 Meter zum See. Prima geeignet für Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Sehr netter Vermieter.
