Would come again anytime
Top accommodation, nice landlord. I can only recommend it. Everything clean and in order, close to the beach and places to eat. I would come back immediately, but unfortunately I don't have any more vacation time at the moment.

Beautiful summer holiday
The holiday home is located very close to the lake. It offers space for 6 people. We were 2 adults and 3 children (13,10,9).
Due to an opaque fence at the front on the road, you have your privacy. This is nice when using the terrace to the street side in the evening. The house itself is always in a cool state due to the surrounding trees and the attached shutters, which is a great advantage especially in the summer months. We used the back covered terrace every morning for breakfast, whether it was raining or not
The house has heating, so it is no problem to have it nice and warm even on cooler days
The bathroom is modern and has a spacious, beautiful shower, where the hot water is available from start to finish, even after 5 people, this is made possible by the heating boiler
The equipment of the house is completely sufficient. We didn't miss anything and felt very very comfortable
The landlord was also very friendly and accommodating. He also spoke very good German.
We would definitely like to come back again.

Seit Jahrzehnten habe ich kulturvierte, gepflegte Gäste, deshalb fühle ich mich zu glücklich.
Noch nie habe ich meine Schlüssel so sauber, pedantisch wiedergehabt als bei euch.
Früher habe ich alles schon gedankt, aber hier, im schriftlichen Form bin is genau so dankbar. Ihr seid erstklässige Gäste für mich und mit größigsten Freude warte ich auf die nächste Treffung. Passt euch auf einander, und auf die Kinder! Ich wünsche Gesundheit, viel Freude, und alles gute für euch! Ich habe die Hoffnung, dass wir schon treffen in der Zukunft, und ihr zurückkommt zu mir.

unforgettable holiday
Very nice house located near the free beach. You can park your car on the property. The owner's descriptions are completely accurate. We took the opportunity to go swimming in Lake Balaton in our bathing suits only, without looking for a place at the free beach, and we did this whenever we wanted (e.g. bathing at sunset ...) and then retired to the terrace at the house. So there is no need to pack the car every day to go swimming, no need to look for a parking space ... We could almost do without the car.
As there is a barbecue in the garden and wood behind the house, we took the opportunity to prepare a kettle goulash. We found the necessary utensils in the well-equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen; however, we brought our fully automatic coffee machine from home. Because of the many trees on the property, the house is cool even without air conditioning. There are insect screens on the windows, so we didn't have a single mosquito in the house. There is a small ABC market, a CBA supermarket, a Eurospar and a cash machine nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. It is worth mentioning that you should take a lot of towels and bath towels with you. We were able to let our two boys (9 and 11 years old) go to the lake alone without hesitation. You can walk almost 500 metres into Lake Balaton until it gets deeper (approx. 1.90 m). The buoys that mark off the bathing area are far in front of this area (approx. 350 m, water depth approx. 1.40 m). We also took advantage of the possibility to go to Budapest by train (2 hours travel time, connections are very good). Highly recommended
We had a very nice, relaxing holiday and will definitely come back next year.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Alles sauber und in Ordnung, Nah am Strand und zum Essen gehen .
Würde sofort wieder kommen, habe aber leider immoment keinen Urlaub mehr.
Durch einen blickdichten Zaun vorn an der Straße hat man seine Privatsphäre. Dies ist schön, wenn die Terrasse am Abend zur Straßenseite genutzt wird. Das Haus an sich ist durch die umliegenden Bäume und die angebrachten Fensterläden immer in einem kühlen Zustand, was gerade in den Sommermonaten von großem Vorteil ist. Wir nutzten jeden Morgen die hintere überdachte Terrasse zum frühstücken, egal ob es regnete oder nicht.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Heizung, so ist es auch an kühleren Tagen kein Problem es schön warm zu haben.
Das Badezimmer ist modern und besitzt über eine geräumige schöne Dusche, bei welcher das Warmwasser von Anfang bis Ende vorhanden ist, auch nach 5 Personen, dies wird durch die Heiztherme ermöglicht.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist völlig ausreichend. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem sprach er sehr gut deutsch.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern mal wieder kommen.

Da im Garten ein Grill vorhanden ist und Holz hinter dem Haus sitzt, haben wir die Gelegenheit genutzt und uns ein Kesselgulasch zubereitet. Die dazugehörigen Utensilien haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gefunden. Es befindet sich eine Kaffeemaschine in der Küche; wir jedoch haben unseren Kaffeevollautomaten von zuhause mitgebracht. Aufgrund der vielen Bäume auf dem Grundstück ist das Haus auch ohne Klimaanlage kühl. An den Fenstern befinden sich Insektengitter, somit hatten wir keine einzige Stechmücke im Haus. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen ABC Markt, einen CBA Supermarkt, einen Eurospar und einen Geldautomaten, diese sind zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Unbedingt zu erwähnen ist das man sehr sehr viele Handtücher, Badetücher mitnehmen sollte. Unsere beiden Jungs (9 und 11 Jahre alt) haben wir bedenkenlos alleine zum See gehen lassen können. In den Balaton kann man fast 500 Meter hineingehen bis er tiefer wird (ca. 1,90 m) . Die Bojen, die den Badebereich abgrenzen, liegen weit vor diesem Bereich (ca. 350 m, Wassertiefe ca. 1,40 m). Wir nutzten auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Zug nach Budapest zu fahren (2 Stunden Fahrtzeit, Verbindungen sind sehr gut). Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub und kommen nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.
In der gesamten Zeit haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Eigene Handtücher für den Strand sollten man allerdings mitbringen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Schön begrünt und man sitzt nicht so auf dem Präsentierteller für Passanten.
Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind in kürzester Zeit fußläufig erreichbar, ob Supermarkt, Geldautomat, Restaurant. Der nahe Strand ist sehr sauber und für Groß und Klein gibt es was zu erleben. Wir haben tolle 2 Wochen verbracht und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht klappt es in den nächsten Jahren wieder!
Mit dem Haus hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Es war alles vorhanden, na ja ein Wasserkocher fehlt noch, aber ansonsten alles perfekt. Handtücher sollte man selbst mitbringen.
Die beiden Terrassen sind goldwert, und wir haben nach dem Baden am See die späte Nachmittagssonne auf der vorderen Terrasse genossen. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist überdacht und auch windgeschützt, so dass man auch das Draussensitzen an einem regnerischen Tag genießen kann ( dies kam bei uns aber nur am ersten Tag vor).
Das Haus liegt tatsächlich nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt, so dass man in Badehose zum See laufen kann. Die dortige Liegewiese ist sehr gepflegt. Zu betonen ist, dass man am einzigen Freistrand am ganzen Plattensee liegt, d.h. es wird kein Eintritt verlangt.
Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub, den wir hier genießen konnten, vor allem auch Dank des hübschen Ferienhäuschens.
Im Haus selbst war auch genügend Platz für uns 5,selbst bei schlechtem Wetter.
Tv mit viel deutschen Sendern war von Vorteil.
In der Küchen-Austattung war alles was man benötigt vorhanden.
Da alles über eine Gasleitung läuft hatten wir immer warmes Wasser und niemand musste warten beim duschen
