Quietly located, this flat offers space for up to 6 people plus a toddler
a small child. The flat is located at a distance of 150m from the road.
The size of the flat is approx. 100 square metres.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
There is a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms
The bathroom has a floor-level shower, WC and washing machine.
There is a guest toilet. The terrace has a roof.
The flat has been renovated recently. In all bedrooms the windows are equipped with insect screens.

Dream vacation
The accommodation is amazing; we were with 2 families in this place, and everyone had enough space. The huge garden with trampoline and toys and the mega covered terrace was really the highlight. It is a house that was built after World War II, so there is probably a musty smell, but it didn't bother us. If you can do without frills, this accommodation is really recommendable. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommendable holiday home.
We were very impressed. Price/performance TOP. If you want peace, to live in nature and near the sea, this is the right place. A large garden that invites you to relax and offers space for children to play. All in all, the equipment was also very good, even toys (frisbee, badminton, etc.) were available. We would like to vacation here again.

Very nice and well maintained house
We had a great time here.
We didn't want for anything, and it's easy to get to the beach from here. There are plenty of shopping facilities in the town centre of Wittmund.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
Gladly again :)

Beautiful vacation apartment with peace and plenty of space.
We spent 5 beautiful days together in this vacation apartment.
There were five of us, and from the very beginning, we were surprised by the size of the vacation apartment; there was enough space for everyone.
There is a bed for each person, which is really nice because often you only find a sofa bed.
Plenty of space and secluded, yet larger towns can be reached in about 10-20 minutes.
What was particularly pleasant was the initial supply; everything was available from coffee to toiletries. Overall, a great accommodation in terms of amenities and value for money. We will definitely come back.

Idyllic holiday apartment with charm and plenty of space in East Frisia
We felt very comfortable in the Edeline house! It impresses with East Frisian charm and offers a great environment to relax. Both in the house and on the adjoining terrace and in the garden, there is plenty of space and a lovely view of fields and meadows - pure nature. This holiday apartment is very suitable for a vacation in the countryside! The house is very lovingly furnished, and everything you need in everyday life is there, including the original East Frisian tea service. Mr. and Mrs. Meents are also very helpful and gladly provide tips for the area.
Due to the quiet location, we were able to enjoy our vacation undisturbed, and it’s only a few minutes by car to the beach. We would gladly come back!
