Quietly located, this flat offers space for up to 6 people plus a toddler
a small child. The flat is located at a distance of 150m from the road.
The size of the flat is approx. 100 square metres.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
There is a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms
The bathroom has a floor-level shower, WC and washing machine.
There is a guest toilet. The terrace has a roof.
The flat has been renovated recently. In all bedrooms the windows are equipped with insect screens.

Dream vacation
The accommodation is amazing; we were with 2 families in this place, and everyone had enough space. The huge garden with trampoline and toys and the mega covered terrace was really the highlight. It is a house that was built after World War II, so there is probably a musty smell, but it didn't bother us. If you can do without frills, this accommodation is really recommendable. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommendable holiday home.
We were very impressed. Price/performance TOP. If you want peace, to live in nature and near the sea, this is the right place. A large garden that invites you to relax and offers space for children to play. All in all, the equipment was also very good, even toys (frisbee, badminton, etc.) were available. We would like to vacation here again.

Very nice and well maintained house
We had a great time here.
We didn't want for anything, and it's easy to get to the beach from here. There are plenty of shopping facilities in the town centre of Wittmund.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
Gladly again :)

Beautiful vacation apartment with peace and plenty of space.
We spent 5 beautiful days together in this vacation apartment.
There were five of us, and from the very beginning, we were surprised by the size of the vacation apartment; there was enough space for everyone.
There is a bed for each person, which is really nice because often you only find a sofa bed.
Plenty of space and secluded, yet larger towns can be reached in about 10-20 minutes.
What was particularly pleasant was the initial supply; everything was available from coffee to toiletries. Overall, a great accommodation in terms of amenities and value for money. We will definitely come back.

Super ausgestattet, es mangelt absolut an nichts.

Es ist ein Haus was nach dem 2. Weltkrieg erbaut wurde daher wahrscheinlich ein modriger Geruch was uns aber nicht störte.
Wenn man auf schnick schnack verzichten kann ist diese Unterkunft echt empfehlenswert . Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Uns hat es an nix gefehlt von hier kommt man gut an denn strand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend im stadtzenzentrum Wittmund.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren fünf Personen und von Anfang an hat uns die Größe der Ferienwohnung überrascht es war genug Platz für alle da.
Es ist für jeden ein Bett vorhanden was wirklich angenehm ist denn oft findet man nur eine Schlafcouch vor.
Viel Platz und abgelegen, dennoch erreicht man größere Orte nach ca 10-20 Minuten.
Besonders angenehm war die Erstausstattung von Kaffee bis Badartikeln war alles vorhanden.
Im allgemeinen eine super Unterkunft von Ausstattung bis zum Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Wie kommen auf jeden fall wieder.
Es besticht mit ostfriesischem Charme und bietet eine tolle Umgebung zum Ausspannen. Sowohl im Haus, als auch auf der angrenzenden Terrasse und im Garten hat man viel Platz und den schönen Blick auf Felder und Wiesen - Natur Pur. Für einen Urlaub im Grünen eignet sich diese Ferienwohnung sehr! Im Haus ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bis zum original ostfriesischen Teeservice ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Herr und Frau Meents sind zudem sehr hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps für die Umgebung.
Durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir unseren Urlaub ungestört genießen und bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
