The sitting area has a 2-seater sofa and a TV where you can relax after a day in the sun. Next, you will find the dining table for 4 with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal. Through the large windows you have a view of the Zeeland countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator. Of course, there is enough crockery and cutlery
The house has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower, sink and washing machine. There are two separate toilets on the ground floor and on the first floor. The garden is the ideal place to enjoy the sun! You have a view of the Zeeland nature, so you can fully enjoy the holiday feeling. The house has its own parking space next to the house.

Oostkapelle is a real family seaside resort where you can do a lot during your holiday on Walcheren! The atmosphere in the village is friendly and relaxed. Are you looking for socialising? Then you need to be in the Dorpsstraat! Here you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner in the sunshine on one of the cosy terraces and restaurants. In this street you will also find a bakery and a supermarket. The central location means that all our holiday homes in Oostkapelle are close by!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
