A house and the sea
The house half "An der See" is located on the lake side. It is modern and lovingly furnished. The whole house is a non-smoking house.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen for breakfast outside or dinner with friends is adjacent. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with double bed offer space for a total of 6 people.
On cold days, a fireplace and an infrared sauna provide relaxation after hikes along the stormy coast.
In summer, a terrace with barbecue, beach chair and deck chairs in the large garden of approx. 570 m² invites you to do nothing.
Lockable bicycle storage facilities and a private parking space allow you to be mobile without worries. Further parking spaces are available free of charge in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings of object
The seaside resort of Breege-Juliusruh is about 5km away and easily accessible by bike or car. There is a small romantic harbour in Breege where you can also rent sailboats and yachts. The small harbour smokehouse serves fresh smoked fish daily. In Juliusruh and the adjacent Schaabe you will find beautiful bathing beaches with very fine sand.
Here, on the sunny peninsula of Wittow, Rügen is said to be the most beautiful. At least that is what many people from Rügen and holidaymakers who come here again and again claim.
Away from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism, with overcrowded beaches, you will spend a beautiful and relaxing holiday here, in a landscape that is almost left to nature. The seaside resort of Breege/Juliusruh, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, offers an eventful stay that will not only be remembered by children.
In Breege you can still see the history of the old fishing village. The harbour and the old captain's houses are witnesses of this era.
One of the most beautiful Baltic Sea beaches lies along the Schaabe. The wide, fine-sand beach is white and has a gently sloping shore - ideal for small children and non-swimmers.
With a beach length of about 9 km, you will find enough quiet sections for sunbathing and, of course, swimming.
The water quality is absolutely top. It meets all requirements.
The lifeguard service at Juliusruh beach ensures safety during the bathing season.
The sunset on the Baltic Sea and over land is always a great spectacle.
When exploring the coastal landscape, with its high coast, you still come across unspoilt beaches. You get the impression of being transported back to prehistoric times - after the Ice Age.
