Recreation for the whole family

The holiday home offers plenty of space for a large family. It was super equipped and we lacked nothing. Originally, we had planned to rent cars, but we didn't, which was unfortunately our mistake, as a car is indeed an advantage when it comes to shopping. We also managed with taxis and on foot and saw quite a bit. The pool was our absolute highlight and provided a welcome cooling off at all times and of course also relaxation. The sea was also just a stone's throw away and was visited alternately. If we had a little problem, it was resolved very promptly by the manager, and we also received tips from the pool man on where to eat well. So we would definitely come back, just then with rental cars, as you are simply more flexible and can see even more of the beautiful island. Many thanks to the nice landlords, the manager, and the pool man.

Family stay, stay with friends

A wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Several independent apartments, as well as a shared pool area, relaxation area, covered terrace with a table for everyone. Kitchen equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. A lot of tableware (plates, all kinds of glasses, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, sharp knives). It's hard to mention what was missing. Plenty of space. Very close to a beautiful sandy beach (equipped with umbrellas and water inflatables). We also used bicycles. The area is very quiet. Very good contact with the owner and the resident.

Fabulous house, fabulous vacation

Fabulous house for a large group.
We were there with a total of 6 adults and 4 children and felt very comfortable.
The rooms and the house are lovingly furnished and equipped.
The outdoor area including the pool was used every day and is perfect for young and old.
The beach is in close proximity and can be reached on foot within 3-4 minutes.

Dream vacation in the Casa Danesa

After 2020, we were once again in the beautiful Casa Danesa! Nothing was lacking in the furnishings, and the friendly manager was always available.

The booking process was uncomplicated, and the kind renter provided us with all the information promptly in advance.

This is not a modern villa. This is a traditional Majorcan finca, very atmospheric and original. In a great location, close to a sandy, quiet beach. Complete equipment for complete relaxation, very spacious with many places to spend time together. Very good contact with the owner and the building administrator on site. Problems beyond anyone's control, such as a hydraulic failure in one of the apartments, were resolved very efficiently. We spent 10 days with 10 people very comfortably. Thank you and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Fully equipped for a comfortable vacation, very spacious with many areas for spending time together. Very good communication with the owner as well as with the on-site property manager. The problems independent of anyone, such as a hydraulic failure in one of the apartments, were resolved very efficiently. We spent 10 days comfortably and conveniently with 10 people. A house in a top location to feel comfortable.

Spacious house; ideal for larger families! Best service by a very courteous, dedicated owner.
Just the beautiful terrace alone is worth a stay - here we enjoyed all meals. The beautiful bay of Cala Santanyí within walking distance is another highlight! We will come back...!

Family vacation in Cala Santanyi.

We spent relaxing days with 8 people in this great house. The house is large and has 4 separate living units. It is well equipped and very clean. The location is near the beach and quiet. Some good restaurants can be reached on foot and we used the 4 well-maintained bikes several times to explore different nearby beaches. The contact with the landlord was friendly and appreciative at all times. Our conclusion: a house in which you feel welcome and comfortable.

Casa Danesa - Family vacation 2023

My family and I, along with 7 adults and 2 babies (9 months old) from 5 different households, stayed together in this amazing house near the beach. Casa Danesa has so much to offer. The four separate living areas were perfect for us. Everything was sufficiently provided, just as described. Communication with Mr. Hamm (the landlord) and Mrs. Schwarma (management) was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Given the chance, we would love to come back again. Thank you for this beautiful home.

Casa Danese - Dream house on the beach

After a long search, we found what we were looking for at "Casa Danesa". The holiday home is in a super nice and quiet location and the equipment in and around the house is absolutely top! All flats are designed to be shared by several people, and the rooms are lovingly furnished to a high standard - something you don't find everywhere. The pool is an absolute dream, and was the "main attraction" for our children ;) The beach in Cala Santanyi is one of the most beautiful on the island, and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. We will remember our holiday for a long time and would love to come back!

Family holiday

The finca of Mr. Hamm I can absolutely recommend! Very nice landlord! On our arrival we were received friendly! Mr. Hamm was so nice and drove with us to the supermarket, because we had no car.
The finca is so big that you still have your privacy with 3 families! It is also super equipped, there was really nothing missing!
The large pool is also mega!
The beach is not far away either.
We had a lovely week's holiday in Mr Hamm's finca

Nice accommodation for a holiday with a group of friends

We had a great week at Casa Danesa with a group of friends. The house is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the beach. It invites you to linger, swim in the pool, read in the shade, play, barbecue and cook together
The only thing that takes some getting used to is the very salty tap water in the area. We had very friendly and reliable contact with the landlords both in advance and afterwards. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

Dream vacation in Cala Santanyí

Beautiful holiday home just 300 meters from Cala Santanyí Bay. Absolutely quiet location in a residential area. The street in front of the house is a one-way street and therefore not very busy. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. Great pool and functional amenities with air conditioning in every bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Casa Danesa! The contact with the landlord was very friendly, and they were absolutely helpful and competent when we had questions.

Holiday home with feel-good character

We - 5 adults and 3 children - felt very comfortable in the holiday home of the Hamm family. We were already very impressed with Mr Hamm's service in advance. We received many suggestions and proposals.

The holiday home offers more than enough space. In a relatively large kitchen, several people can be present at the same time to prepare meals. The swimming pool, which is cleaned several times a week, invites to morning sports for the adults. For the children, it was a welcome alternative to the beach. The evenings could be spent in cosy get-togethers on the extensive terrace. Everything was just right in the holiday home.

Several well-maintained bicycles for nearby excursions were available and were used several times. Visiting nearby bays and Santanyi is definitely worthwhile.

The way to the beautiful bathing bay is not too far (200 - 300 m). The way there is downhill, the way back uphill, which is a bit strenuous. There are plenty of water activities and the bay itself is very idyllic

There is an Italian restaurant in the vicinity of the holiday home, which is highly recommended. We went there a few times and were always satisfied. The resort itself is very well maintained and well laid out. Missing shopping facilities can be covered in Santanyi, about 4 km away, whose visit is a must.

Super nice landlord - top accommodation

We spent our summer holiday 2021 with our friends and our children in the accommodation, the landlord is very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very well located, within walking distance of the beach. The finka is very nicely furnished! The poll is great, all in all it was a very successful holiday in a very nice accommodation! Highly recommended! We will definitely come back ;-) Thank you

Casa Danesa

Perfect villa for two families and a grandmother. Plenty of space. Lovely communal outdoor facilities and privacy indoors. Beautiful neighbourhood the villa was perfect for our needs. Quiet and yet bars on the local beach for the teenagers at night. We highly recommend this villa.

Summer holiday 2020

We booked at short notice and everything worked out great, the landlord was very flexible about arrival / flights / departure
Great house, the pool is great, everything is available in the house, the landlord is always available.
We were there with 8 people (sometimes 9 people) and everything is big enough so that everyone can have their own area if they want
Cala Santanyi is a beautiful bay with nice and above all delicious restaurants that you can reach within 5 minutes.
