In the main apartment there are 2 double bedrooms, in the three other areas 1 double bedroom each.
You rent the complete holiday home with pool and extensive equipment. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rental price.

Casa Danesa is located in Cala Santanyi in a quiet residential one-way street, within walking distance of about 300m from the sandy beach.
The nearest restaurant is on the street corner, to the airport PMI it is just under 50km. In Cala Santanyi there are several restaurants and a Spar market with fresh baked goods.
A wide range of shops, restaurants, banks, doctors, etc., you will find about 3km away in the beautiful main town of Santanyi.

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price is due as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, this amount can be used for a rebooking within the next 24 months. In the event of cancellation less than 21 days before the start of the rental period (after the remaining payment has been made) or in case of no-show, 80% of the rental price is due as a lump-sum compensation for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost profit. Any new rentals will be offset.

Vacation in the autumn holidays
We were with 2 families (8 people) in this beautiful finca, one room more beautiful than the other! The location is perfect, not even 2 minutes to the bay, in the morning before going to get bread, first diving into the sea with goggles. Everything is there, from towels to washing machine and dishwasher to beach and pool toys, ideal for children!! The finca was super clean and Ilka gave us a good tour, email contact with Mr. Hamm regarding combinations was flawless! Price performance, a real bargain, everything that is offered, unfortunately for us only 8 days... all in all --> an absolute dream and a very relaxing vacation.

Beautiful and large finca in a great location!
We (4 adults and 5 children) felt completely comfortable in the finca. Even beforehand, we were very impressed by the nice communication with Mr. Hamm – a small booking error was resolved immediately and easily, and we also received very quick and friendly support for a problem on-site.
The holiday home itself is spacious and well-suited for groups. There are various living areas and several terraces on different levels, so you can always find places to retreat. The kitchen is excellently equipped; we lacked nothing.
A highlight for us was the pool, which was used daily by everyone and beautifully illuminated in the evenings. The shared evenings on the terrace were very cozy – only the many mosquitoes were somewhat bothersome for us, especially for allergy sufferers; a good mosquito repellent or long clothing is recommended here.
The location is also great: you can reach the beautiful bay in a short time.
The path to the nearby bay is pleasant to walk downhill, but returning is a bit more strenuous uphill – however, you are rewarded with a stunning backdrop and nice local establishments. All in all, a wonderful stay that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

Recreation for the whole family
The holiday home offers plenty of space for a large family. It was super equipped and we lacked nothing. Originally, we had planned to rent cars, but we didn't, which was unfortunately our mistake, as a car is indeed an advantage when it comes to shopping. We also managed with taxis and on foot and saw quite a bit. The pool was our absolute highlight and provided a welcome cooling off at all times and of course also relaxation. The sea was also just a stone's throw away and was visited alternately. If we had a little problem, it was resolved very promptly by the manager, and we also received tips from the pool man on where to eat well. So we would definitely come back, just then with rental cars, as you are simply more flexible and can see even more of the beautiful island. Many thanks to the nice landlords, the manager, and the pool man.

Family stay, stay with friends
A wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Several independent apartments, as well as a shared pool area, relaxation area, covered terrace with a table for everyone. Kitchen equipped with everything needed for meal preparation. A lot of tableware (plates, all kinds of glasses, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery, sharp knives). It's hard to mention what was missing. Plenty of space. Very close to a beautiful sandy beach (equipped with umbrellas and water inflatables). We also used bicycles. The area is very quiet. Very good contact with the owner and the resident.
