This villa is the ideal choice for guests looking for a mix of tradition and modern comfort. The 150 m² interior is situated on a 600 m² fenced plot. The ground floor includes a living area with a dining space for six people, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a comfortable leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. From all rooms on the ground floor, you have direct access to the garden and pool. The kitchen and the dining room lead to a large, covered terrace with a dining table for eight people and a grill, perfect for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - one on the ground floor and two upstairs. All bedrooms have direct outdoor access: the bedroom on the ground floor leads to the garden, the two upper bedrooms to a large terrace, equipped with two tables, four chairs, and a sun umbrella. Each bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (43”) and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided; additionally, there is a crib and a high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and cutlery. In the living room, a cozy TV corner awaits you with a large Smart TV (55”) and fast Wi-Fi.

Just five minutes by car is the city of Malinska, which has everything you need for a carefree vacation: shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and a vibrant nightlife. Malinska is known for the beautiful promenade "Rajska cesta", which offers breathtaking views of the sea and nature along the coast. Nearby, you can explore the natural wonders of Krk on hiking and biking trails.

In the garden you will find the heated pool with six sun loungers, two sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the tranquility amidst olive trees and other Mediterranean plants, which provide shade and privacy. The garden is fenced and offers several parking spaces, secured by an electric gate. In a storage room there are a washing machine, a drying rack, barbecue utensils, and storage space for bicycles available.

Excellent advice and support on-site
We had booked the holiday home Zala in Rasopasno and were totally thrilled; we felt very comfortable right away. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very positive. The house was exactly as shown in the advertisement. The pool was one of many highlights. Cleanliness and service were perfect. We would always come back and gladly recommend it. A special thanks goes to Mr. Srecko Hunsky, who was a very pleasant host.

A great house and a great landlord
The Villa Zala was a dream, we felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay much longer! Our landlord was really very nice and accommodating, we felt very well taken care of.
We will definitely come back!!

Very nice holiday villa
My wife and I (both over 60) stayed in the very nice and clean house with our shepherd dog. All important kitchen appliances available, big TV in the living room.
Problematic for smaller dogs, as the fence consists of horizontal wire elements on two sides, making it easy to get through.
The rest of the brick fence is about 80cm high in places. No problem for our dog as she does not jump over low walls
Accommodation otherwise highly recommended. The landlord is very nice and is looking out for the well-being of his guests.
