New rental after general renovation and completely new furnishings
The thatched holiday home in Karlshagen is a semi-detached house and is located in a cul-de-sac close to the beach. There is another holiday home of the same quality and furnishings on the property, which is enclosed by a Frisian wall. A parking space belongs to the house and is located directly in front of the property access. The time of the Corona crisis was used to refurnish the holiday home. Guests can find sun or shade on the balcony or terrace. SAT-TV on a modern LG flatscreen, WLAN and the soundbar from Yamaha provide entertainment. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a passage room with a large sofa bed (area approx. 170 x 200 cm) and the shower room with WC. On the upper floor is the living-dining room with a large dining table, a wide sofa and an armchair for relaxing, the open kitchen and a second WC. The modern, new kitchen with brand-name appliances has a ceramic 4-burner cooker with extractor bonnet, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kettle. A staircase leads from the upper floor to the attic. There an older child can have its very own area (bed 100x200 cm)
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed in the house.

Location and surroundings of object
After a 200-300 m walk, you stand on the fine, light, wide sandy beach that is so typical of Usedom. The dune forest begins almost right at the property, which is ideal for runners, walkers and cyclists. The sports beach is in close proximity to the nearest beach accesses. The morning bread rolls can be bought at the kiosk about 500 m away, at bakeries or at one of the 3 supermarkets. Karlshagen has everything you need for a sea and beach holiday. You can find the local events programme at kommulane's website, whose link is always deleted by the software here (starts with "karlshagen" and ends with "de"). The Achterwasser, formed by the Peene River, conveys a charming lagoon character. There you can enjoy sunsets with a view to the west or cycle during the day, e.g. to Wolgast. The marina is also located on the Achterwasser.

During the complete renovation, efforts were made to preserve the character of the houses built around 1975. The modern building standard with good thermal insulation, in combination with the modern gas condensing boiler, allows for a comfortable Nordic seaside holiday at any time of year.

Perfect vacation
Great holiday home that invites relaxation. The wonderful beach is just a few minutes' walk away for the perfect sunrise, swimming, beach walks, etc. The private parking is right in front of the accommodation. There's still so much to see; we would love to come back.

Holiday home review
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, new, modern, and lovingly furnished house. We didn't use the well-equipped kitchen as we tried various restaurants (on recommendation) - all of which were either nearby or in neighboring towns and were also excellent. We took many trips from here by car, bike, or boat; we also walked a lot. There are beautiful beaches and extensive pine forests around Karlshagen. There is also a private parking space available, as well as a lovely front garden with plenty of new garden furniture; here you can relax and hear the sound of the Baltic Sea. From the house, it’s just a few meters to the fine, soft, and white beach - fresh Baltic breeze included! We were very satisfied and will come again. Many friendly greetings to the dear landlord.

Very beautiful holiday home in a quiet and nice environment, great service.
We are spending our vacation with friends here as a first-time stay, and first of all, the landlord and the contact with the property management service for any questions are really extremely friendly and perfect! The house is completely newly renovated and expanded, clean, and spacious over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor, second floor) also sufficient for 4 adults including 1 child. Everything is really very well-maintained and well thought out. I deducted half a star because the first bedroom is a passage room, which slightly affects the privacy of the people in that room, BUT this is specified in the house description! After moving in, there were minor issues arising from the new occupancy and extensive renovations, but the landlord clarified and resolved everything immediately and in a very satisfactory manner. A HUGE THANK YOU for this. Even a grill, which was not on site due to our very spontaneous appearance here, was promptly ordered by our dear landlord via a text message and delivered directly here. Also unusual and thus... yes, everyone who reads this text up to here... simply great and an excellent service for the holidaymaker. Overall, we can say so far (our vacation is still ongoing here) that it is simply beautiful; you feel at home and can really relax here in the Dunes Forest. The very beautiful beach, which is not overcrowded even in peak season, is just a 3-5 minute walk away. You can hear the Baltic Sea's waves and can also see it from the balcony between the trees. The terrace has sufficient seating for up to 6 people and a large modern sunshade. The kitchen and living space are also well-equipped for all needs; nothing is lacking. Unless you are into microwave meals, which are not available here. ;-) All in all, we, five of us, are still completely satisfied and will definitely come back gladly. THANK YOU, your "first tenant family & entourage" :-)
