We had a wonderful stay in the recently renovated chalet! The location in the Veluwe is perfect for nature lovers, with many walking paths nearby. The chalet itself was cozy and well-equipped; we especially appreciated the dishwasher and the microwave for quick meals. The terrace in the garden was a nice addition to enjoy our morning coffee. All in all, a great place for a relaxing holiday!

The sheets of the beds were worn out and had many holes. The toilet smelled of urine. The floor has probably not been properly cleaned before. Cleaning is done in a "French way." Furthermore, we enjoyed walking and cycling in a beautiful environment.

The houses were completely sufficient and clean. We were on site with 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing we absolutely did not like was the swimming pool; it was very dirty.

Cottage itself was not clean, we as a family without pets were in a 'pet house'. White dog hair everywhere, stains on doors and walls, floor damaged and not mopped in a while. So, on the first day, just wash and vacuum. It is a pity that you are then stuck with a wet dog smell since the vacuum cleaner has not escaped the fact that pets were welcome. Maybe an idea not to include cleaning as an option, but in the total price? We are also used to it from other Parks of Roompot, and those houses were in good order from a hygienic point of view. And in addition, if a visitor does not have pets with him, do not let them stay in a house where pets have visibly come along with the previous guests. Unfortunately, it made our stay less pleasant.
