The property is located in Bospark De Schaapskooi, which made commuting to meetings easy. It had a clean kitchen and cozy living space, plus the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay.

You can only enter the cottage at 4:00 PM and you have to leave after 3 nights by 10:00 AM, that's certainly not 4 days of fun. The cottage is not clean, groups of young adults banging on the windows at night and running away. No one is reachable. As a result, I didn't sleep. It was not okay.

The sheets of the beds were worn and had many holes. The toilet smelled of urine. The floor has probably not been properly cleaned before. Cleaning is done with a "French touch." Furthermore, we enjoyed walking and cycling in a beautiful environment.

The houses were completely sufficient and clean. We were on site with 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing we absolutely did not like was the swimming pool; it was very dirty.

Cottage itself was not clean, we as a family without pets were in a 'pet house'. White dog hair everywhere, stains on doors and walls, floor damaged and not mopped in a while. So, on the first day, just wash and vacuum. It is a pity that you are then stuck with a wet dog smell since the vacuum cleaner has not escaped the fact that pets were welcome. Maybe an idea not to include cleaning as an option, but in the total price? We are also used to it from other Parks of Roompot, and those houses were in good order from a hygienic point of view. And in addition, if a visitor does not have pets with him, do not let them stay in a house where pets have visibly come along with the previous guests. Unfortunately, it made our stay less pleasant.

Negative points: considerable draft gap at the front door, through which the wind blows in. In the living room a twilight lamp on the wall above the couch would be nice, because the lamps on the ceiling are very bright.

There are at least 10 dead flies in the lampshade in the bathroom and the window sill in the shower where we put our shower stuff is sticky…. The heating is sort of automatic, no buttons on the radiators in the living room and kitchen, so it gets either too hot or too cold. You just keep on that thermostat. We don't think the toilet in the living room is a hit, but it must have to do with the (un)logical layout. It's nice that the toilet and shower are not in one room, but that is the price you have to pay for it. Bedrooms are fine with single beds and duvets.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. View was wooded with many birds and also squirrels. The cottage was quite complete with good heating and a comfortable bathroom. The mattresses were in our opinion on the hard side. We solved it by buying a so-called topper at Jysk in Epe.

Our weekend was very nice. The house was clean and we felt very welcome. The playgrounds were also well-kept and in very good condition. We could have a great time with our children (6 years)! Thanks a lot for this!

At first glance it all looks fine, but it is certainly not clean! Dust clouds under the beds and under the sofa and the skirting boards everywhere really downright dirty. There are at least 10 dead flies in the lampshade in the bathroom and the window sill in the shower where we put our shower stuff is sticky…. The heating is sort of automatic, no buttons on the radiators in the living room and kitchen, so it gets either too hot or too cold. You just keep on that thermostat. We don't think the toilet in the living room is a hit, but it must have to do with the (un)logical layout. It's nice that the toilet and shower are not in one room, but that is the price you have to pay for it. Bedrooms are fine with single beds and duvets.

Incredibly beautiful surroundings, the park is natural and sheltered. Staff is friendly and we also liked the pizzas. Watching a squirrel skipping past during breakfast is no exception, nice! Cottage itself was not clean, we as a family without pets were in a 'pet house'. White dog hair everywhere, stains on doors and walls, floor damaged and not mopped in a while. So, on the first day, just wash and vacuum. It is a pity that you are then stuck with a wet dog smell since the vacuum cleaner has not escaped the fact that pets were welcome. Maybe an idea not to include cleaning as an option, but in the total price? We are also used to it from other Parks of Roompot, and those houses were in good order from a hygienic point of view. And in addition, if a visitor does not have pets with him, do not let them stay in a house where pets have visibly come along with the previous guests. Unfortunately, it made our stay less pleasant.
