Villa Adria is a 5-star villa with a heated pool that can accommodate up to 8 people. The Villa is an ideal holiday destination in the small, traditional and peaceful village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk. Traditionally designed in Mediterranean style, Villa Adria offers comfortable and modern interiors and a spacious and cosy environment where you will feel at home.
If you are looking for a traditional, charming place for your next holiday, Villa Adria is the perfect choice for you. Villa Adria is a brand new villa that was completed in June 2021. It offers 150 m2 of internal space and is situated on a 600 m2 plot. On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious common room with a kitchen, a dining table for eight people and a living area with a spacious leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. From each room on the ground floor you have access to the garden with a swimming pool. From the kitchen and dining area you have direct access to the very spacious covered outdoor terrace with a table for eight. On the outdoor terrace you can also prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes using the Weber ceramic grill.
The villa has three king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have access to the outside area, the ground floor bedroom to the garden and the first floor bedroom to a large terrace with a table and four chairs. All three bedrooms have box spring king size beds and Swiss Serta mattresses (180x200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, a table and chair for those who need a quiet place to work, air conditioning, a flat screen TV (43') and a private bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.
All bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels for guests, and we can also prepare a cot and highchair for a child if required. Also noteworthy is the fact that the entire ground floor has been designed without thresholds (inside and outside the house), and with lighter doors to the bedrooms and bathroom, so people with disabilities have easy access to all parts of the ground floor of the house and garden.
The trendy kitchen is equipped with everything a modern cook needs to prepare delicious meals. A capacious fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, hand blender, blender, coffee machine, kettle and all the cutlery needed to prepare meals.
The spacious living area has a TV corner with a leather sofa and a large screen smart TV (55'). DVD player, CD player, PlayStation, family games and wifi are at your disposal. Good wifi coverage is available throughout the building. The sofa can also be prepared as a comfortable extra bed (160x200 cm) for another 2 guests.
There is also a small utility room in the house, accessible from the living area. There you will find an iron, ironing board, hoover and other cleaning accessories. From the outside you can access the utility room, where you will find a washing machine which is also at your disposal. In the storage room you can store all kinds of equipment that you take with you on holiday.
To make your holiday perfect, a large heated swimming pool (7.5x3.5 m) awaits you in the garden and on the sun terrace you will find 6 sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower. The garden is spacious and on one level. While swimming in the pool or reading a book in the shade, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The garden is completely fenced, there are also 2 parking spaces next to the house, fenced with an electric gate.
The villa also has underfloor central heating and cooling. Combined with the heated swimming pool, this is an ideal choice if you are planning your holiday in spring or autumn.
Villa Adria is located in the small and relaxing village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk. The beaches and towns are within 3000 m from the villa. Close enough to reach them easily, yet far enough away for a quiet holiday. Only 5 minutes by car from the villa is the town of Malinska, where you will find everything you need for your holiday: Shops, bars, nightlife, beaches.

Super vacation home and very dog-friendly
The holiday home is located in a quiet place, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The room layout and cleanliness were perfect, and the pool with outdoor area was beautifully designed. The property was fully fenced, allowing our two small dogs to move freely in the garden. The walking paths that start right from the house were also ideal. Malinska was easily reachable by car. It was also very nice of Mr. Hunski to call us so that we could get into the house earlier. The reception was uncomplicated and very friendly, and we were very pleased with the inquiry and the bottle. We would be happy to come back.

Restful vacation
We spent a very nice vacation in Villa Adria. Shopping and the beach were easily reachable by car in about 5 minutes. The property was very dog-friendly. We would love to come back.

Great house
We were travelling with another family - of course the pool is great.
The house is new and the equipment is fantastic (induction cooker etc.).
All beaches and sights are within easy reach; a restaurant is within walking distance and some supermarkets 3min away by car.

Very clean holiday home with a good location. Short distances to the beach, restaurant, shopping, and to visit a small town. We were all very enthusiastic about the little place with its friendly residents. We will definitely come back again.

Everything wonderful
We have never had a better holiday home.
Very quiet, brand new, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. Perfect for our needs.
The special highlight is the heated pool. We were in Krk in the autumn and were able to swim every day. Great!
