Dear Sir or Madam of the Zingst Room Agency! The stairs to the apartment are very steep with a 45° angle and dangerous for untrained/older people, therefore recommendation only conditionally - to physically fit people. Anyone who stumbles on the stairs or falls down risks serious injuries or even worse. It is surprising how this steep access received a building usage permit? The apartment was once again only superficially cleaned and dirty in many places; I have already noted this during previous visits, that now and then a deep cleaning or a consistently more thorough cleaning would be necessary, but so far nothing has happened. I myself initially cleaned the large windows in the living room inside and out this time, as they were extremely dirty. From the inside, there were coffee splashes and other dirt. On the windows, from the outside, there are massive old cobwebs and general dirt; the window frames have not been cleaned for years. The glass surfaces and tiles of the shower were very dirty in the lower inner area. The kitchen equipment is very sparsely furnished for self-catering; one has to bring a lot of things themselves or buy them on-site. The service of the Zingster room agency was very accommodating this time with the key drop-off at the house; thank you very much for that. For visitors arriving by public transport, I have repeatedly suggested key safes at the accommodations to avoid long walks with luggage through the village. The bus stops are very inconvenient and far from the Old Station, and then one still has to walk with luggage from there to the accommodation after picking up the keys at the Old Station. For example, from the station to the Old Waterworks in the east of Zingst is physically unmanageable for older visitors with a rolling suitcase. I have repeatedly suggested promoting the ecological transportation transition in Zingst as well and accommodating visitors without cars, or actively advertising for car-free travel. After all, Zingst is among the first to suffer from the rising sea levels in the future and should actually have a strong interest in ensuring that its visitors arrive as climate-friendly as possible. For me, the favorable price-performance ratio of the apartment is crucial, which is why I am happy to return and suggest improvements that may be implemented someday.

Hello, I cannot recommend this accommodation as the staircase, which is supposed to be a staircase, is closer to a chicken ladder for people our age. It was a very dangerous action for us to get up there with such a heavy suitcase; you couldn't put it down on the stairs, it would have fallen back down. I am really glad that the week went by without an accident, even though there was a vacation apartment available downstairs. Until now, I didn't know that such a staircase could be used commercially, but such a review is of no use to us anymore. Thank you, G. Risch If I had seen this beforehand, it wouldn't have been worth 30.0€ a day to me.

The apartment was unkempt, there were dirty spots in all rooms, e.g. mattress protector not clean, fixtures in the bathroom not properly cleaned for a long time, edges on the side table in the living room, coffee machine pot not clean, brown edges under cups in the kitchen cabinet, carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed, ....among others.
