The holiday home was built with a traditional brick façade in the style of a typical local captain's house. Wooden windows in the Wilhelminian style as well as the front door, which was made by a carpenter according to his own designs, characterise the extraordinary character of this house. Inside, you can expect individual and high-quality furnishings on approx. 1350 sqm of living space. This includes 3 stylish bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, ceramic flooring with natural stone inlays, white country house doors, underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom, wood-burning cooker, generous and modern kitchen equipment with stove-oven, dishwasher, partly furnished with antiques, loom and pine furniture.
The bakery and supermarket are about a 10-minute walk away.

In the middle of the old town centre of Prerow in a quiet location 10 minutes walk from a fine sandy beach - you will find the country house of Darßer ORT. Baker and supermarket are about 10 minutes away. Opposite you will find bicycles.

In case of an above-average increase in energy costs, we reserve the right to add a surcharge on heating and electricity costs. The visitor's tax will be charged additionally.
