Restaurant visit only by car, and in case of heavy snowfall, chains are recommended; the location is at over 1000 meters. Friendly owners, beautiful view, and peace. Spacious and complete apartment with its own entrance. TV and WiFi.

The journey to the accommodation is somewhat adventurous and a challenge for people with a fear of heights, but once you're there, you have an unparalleled view. Those seeking peace and relaxation will feel very comfortable there. A very nice landlord couple manages the estate and is always approachable. Shopping and restaurants are 5 km away. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. Despite the bad weather (storm/snow for four days), there are job opportunities for every interest in the region (cinema, shops, castles, palaces, glassblowing, . . . ). However, one is reliant on their own car. It was a very slow-paced and relaxing vacation. Would love to do it again.

We had relaxing, great days at Zastenhof. The accommodation is super clean. Everything you need is there. The driveway to the accommodation takes some getting used to, but once you've driven up and down it twice, you get used to it. We were there at the beginning of September. We were really lucky with the weather. Not too cold, but also not too warm. The mountain air is so good for you. And the view from up there is breathtakingly beautiful. A ride on the Schatzbergbahn is worth the experience. The children enjoy it just as much as we do. The entire area is very beautiful, super clean. In Germany, one can only dream of that. And we should take it as an example; there is really a lot we can learn. The people are all super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back.
