Die Wohnung bietet alles, was für einen 2wöchigen Urlaub notwendig ist. Sie ist sehr hell und geräumig. Aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter mussten wir uns viel in der Wohnung aufhalten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Fernseher ist inzwischen auch ausgetauscht. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung, kleine Reparaturarbeiten oder Ergänzungen könnten vorgenommen werden, allerdings wurde dadurch der Urlaub keinesfalls negativ beeinflusst. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Terrasse sehr schön und auch ruhig, lediglich der Strandkorb müsste ein Update erfahren oder entfernt werden.

Equipment, location, and cleanliness were excellent, anytime again. Particularly recommendable is the service when picking up the keys; the two employees are absolutely competent and very friendly.

Recommendation with reservations regarding the mentioned deficiencies. 1. Lighting in the dining-living room very inadequate. Ceiling lamps are missing. 2. Light switch assignment only possible with the help of the caretaker. 3. Instructions and function of the TV-satellite receiver insufficient and incorrect. 4. Urgently needed mosquito protection missing on the small bedroom window. 5. Chair cushions at the dining table heavily soiled. 6. Window handle to the terrace far left defective. 7. Windows could also be cleaned.

Quiet location. Nighttime sound of the sea. Favorable sunlight on the terrace. Great sauna house. - But at night, the outdoor light at the house is on, and the bedroom on the entrance side is bright as day because the curtains do not block it. This is extremely disruptive to sleep. The lighting system is tricky: Depending on which master switch is activated, the light turns on - or not. Well-drafting fireplace! Kitchen equipment is not very abundant. - Despite the small flaws, an excellent accommodation! Biggest wish actually before rebooking: The blackout concept!
