Da wir bereits seit vielen Jahren diese Wohnung jährlich mieten ,kann man den Modernisierungsgrad oder Investitionsstau gut einschätzen. Was auffiel war ein neuer Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon. Sehr klein im Verhältnis zur Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern .Das gleiche gilt für den Innentisch. Mal was zum wischen, ein Schneidbrett oder einfache Notwendigkeiten zum wohnen ,fehlen leider. Wir kaufen immer Verschiedenes, aber im darauffolgenden Jahr fehlt es wieder. Lampe über Küchenbereich bitte mal wieder mit Leuchtmittel ausstatten. WC,s mit einer ersten Rolle Toilettenpapier bestücken. Alles nichts Gravierendes und mit bescheidenen Mitteln zu ergänzen. Das schöne hat aber überwogen...Aber vieleicht ,,geht bisschen was''. Danke. The location of the vacation apartment is excellent. It is just a few steps to the beach, and by bike, you can reach the center of Zingst in 5 minutes. The apartment seems a bit worn out. Except for the couch, which appears to be new and is also very good for sleeping on, the rest of the furniture shows its age. The terrace furniture (especially the table) has seen better days as well. A few chair cushions would have also been nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Pillows and mattress protectors could also be renewed. The apartment was superficially clean: cobwebs in the stairwell, dust on the lamps, and a lot of dirt behind the couch. More attention should be paid to that.

The rooftop terrace has a southwest orientation, so you can enjoy the sun again in the late afternoon, very nice. There is no hairdryer, and the kitchen equipment leaves something to be desired. A prior note that the sauna is located 500 m away on another street and is only available for use in the afternoon would have been fair. Why a three-armed garden lantern is turned on right in front of the bedroom at night is beyond me; it could not be turned off and the light disturbed the sensitive sleeper. However, what is absolutely unacceptable is the bed up in the gable (a hint that there is no door there would have been helpful): it creaked with every (! ) Movement, so that one constantly disturbed oneself and the very loud noise also transferred to the other sleeping room when the desperate person rolled back and forth in bed searching for sleep. Very unfortunate, as the apartment was otherwise quite good.
