The Wi-Fi was a disaster in this house. Urgently needs improvement. The motion detector in the stairwell only activates from above; from below, you stumble in the dark.

We didn't need on-site service. The staff was very friendly, though. This was our third time there, and I must say that cleanliness has unfortunately declined. Some minor repairs or cosmetic improvements should also be made. More fly screens would also be useful (at least in the bathrooms). Otherwise, we felt comfortable and would come a fourth time.
