We were so excited that we booked again for Easter right away. The staff on site is so helpful and accommodating - I was completely overwhelmed. They even opened the garage of the technical staff to help us change the batteries in a book. :D

I missed an oven, otherwise the equipment was very good! The service upon arrival was totally great (thank you Julia), the small deficiencies were immediately noted and resolved if possible, at departure I was asked if everything was okay, only the answer was something no one wanted to hear (although I had nothing to complain about, the gentleman was feigned friendly). Overall, I would go back anytime!
