This 2-storey duplex bungalow is located on the Costa Azahar (Costa del Azahar) on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, opposite the islands of Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca.
It is a private duplex row house, ideal for 2 to 4 people (5 possible) in a complex consisting of two hotels, directly on the seafront between Peniscola and Benicarlo on the Costa del Azahar (between Vinaros and Valencia in the Castellon region), i.e. the Costa Brava (or Costa Dorada) and Costa Blanca coastlines. The fully air-conditioned two-storey duplex bungalow has a living area of approx. 65 sqm, divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies with sea view (guaranteed), a fully equipped kitchen (among others convection oven with heating loop and 4 plate stove) and much more. There are two LCD TVs with satellite and all German channels and WLAN in the apartment. A washing machine is also available for a small fee. An underground car park with its own parking space and several swimming pools are also available in the complex. The wellness centre of the 4-star hotel with pool, sauna and solarium can also be used for a fee. The promenade is newly built and the sandy beach, a total of 5 km long and about 50 m wide. Shopping possibilities are sufficiently present in only 2km distance. Even without a car you are very mobile thanks to the bus stop directly in front of the hotel. There is a train station with express train connection in Benicarlo, 3 km away.
In the hotel you can of course also book breakfast, lunch or dinner. A total of 6 restaurants offer different culinary delights in the hotel.
If you want to fly, very cheap Ryanair flies to Barcelona/Girona, Reus (only 100km away) or Valencia. Other airlines like German Wings or Condor also fly to Barcelona or Valencia
Also ideal for long term rentals over autumn, winter or spring. Please ask for special conditions. In summer every evening dance and live music also for couples in advanced age.
