The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dining bar, gas hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, tea maker and plenty of crockery.

Two small bathrooms with shower, each with toilet. An electric heater is installed in both bathrooms. One bathroom is only accessible via a bedroom.
There are two electric cooling/heating units in the living/dining area.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine behind the house. Some seating is also stored here. There is a rotary clothes dryer behind the house. The rear area is not visible from the complex and borders on undeveloped land. The location is very quiet.
Terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and table. To the side, under the staircase to the roof terrace, there is a small side room for storing outdoor utensils.
Behind the kitchen/dining area is a conservatory, which also offers a view of the sea.
Large roof terrace of approx. 35 square metres and views of the sea and the old town. The castle is clearly visible from the roof terrace.
Two covered car parks in front of the complex. The car should be parked here. The car park should only be used for loading luggage on arrival and departure. Distance from the car park to the house approx. 40 m.
In winter, the chalet can be heated via the air conditioning system. In addition, two gas stoves are available in winter. The gas cylinders for the kitchen cooker and the instantaneous water heater are connected outside the house.
Hot water is produced via a gas instantaneous water heater. This is connected to the gas cylinders in the kitchen.
In the outdoor area of the complex there is a swimming pool, sun loungers are available in the accommodation.
There is also a barbecue hut with outdoor tables in the complex. The outdoor area has a total of 15 large palm trees. It is completely enclosed and the swimming pool area is also secured separately by a small gate. There is a small brick-built additional pool for small children right next to the swimming pool. A shower is also available.

The detached house is located in a small complex with only five houses. There are covered parking spaces in front of the complex, two per house.
The complex is located in a side street (cul-de-sac) where only a few residents drive, making it very quiet.
Distances: 1.5 km to the beach and the old beach, approx. 20 minutes on foot (pedestrian path next to the main road), 5 minutes by car.
Shopping facilities in the village - supermarket and small shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Nearby there is an Aldi at a roundabout since 2022 and Mercadonna in the city centre. There is also a very cheap petrol station at this roundabout
Distance to the motorway - approx. 3 km.
Distance to other towns: 10 km Benicarló, 15 km Vinaroz. In both towns there are numerous shopping facilities, market, marina etc.
Railway station in Benicarló - 10 km.
Bus stops in Peñiscola - bus service to Benicarló and Vinaroz.

Costa del Azahar - Coast of the Orange Blossom - A boundless garden of pine forests, almond and olive groves, vineyards, evergreen orange groves, fruit and vegetable plantations characterise the hinterland.
A clean environment and the pleasant climate guarantee the highest quality of life. The winter offers spring-like temperatures between 15 and 20 degrees C, in summer the temperatures rise to over 30 degrees C. There are up to 300 days of sunshine a year.
Peñiscola is a town with around 7600 inhabitants. It is located on the Costa del Azahar coast, 220 kilometres south of Barcelona and 120 kilometres north of Valencia.
Peñiscola is still a relatively unexplored area for German tourists. However, the original fishing village in the state of Castellón is one of the most beautiful towns in Spain and very popular with Spanish tourists. The reason for this is the unique location of the old town. The fortress from the 13th century, the grandiose castle, which served as the residence of Pope Benedict XIII in the last years of his life.
The approximately 7 kilometres of fine sandy beaches and clean water are awarded the blue flag every year. The abundance of fish in the sea is famous, as Peñiscola is a centre for fresh fish and seafood. You will also notice this in the variety of culinary specialities.
