Description
The comfort semi-detached house is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room, the open kitchen area with fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (180x200) and baby travel cot as well as a shower room. In the attic there is a second bathroom with tub, a bedroom with double bed (140x200) and a cosy reading corner. The entire ground floor is equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. In the attic, the Velux windows are equipped with insect screens and blackout blinds. In addition, there is a garden house with bicycle storage and two parking spaces at the house. We welcome you to East Frisia. Charming and optimally suited for 4 guests on a living area of 80m².

Superschönes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus
Ein absolut schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus, das modern und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Sämtliche nötigen Küchengeräte und -utensilien sind vorhanden. Es fehlt nichts. Selbst Ersatzbatterien sind vorhanden!
Der Garten liegt ruhig und von der wenig befahrenen Straße vor dem Haus bekommt man nichts mit.
Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern gesichert.
Wir haben unser Homeoffice ins Ferienhaus verlegt. Die Internetleitung ist leistungsfähig.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Am Anreisetag fanden wir einen Willkommengsgruß vor. Eine wirklich schöne Überraschung.
Buchung und Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist problemlos. Die Rückmeldung erfolgt schnell und zuverlässig.

Dear guests, for more than 14 years we have been regularly in Neßmersiel and enjoy the peace and the good climate of the North Sea. In 2021 we decided to buy our own holiday home in order to create a holiday domicile that is furnished with great attention to detail and where we, and our guests, can feel at home immediately after arrival. We are out and about in all weathers, on foot and by bike We like to be on the beach or spend a day or two on the offshore islands.
