The comfort semi-detached house was completely modernised in 2016 and is furnished to a very high standard. On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with wood-burning stove, the open kitchen area with fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and baby travel cot and a shower room. In the attic there is a second shower room with washing machine, two bedrooms with double beds and a cosy reading corner. There are radios with Bluetooth in the living room and in all bedrooms. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters. Both bathrooms have floor-level showers. In addition, there is a garden shed and two parking spaces at the house.We welcome you to East Frisia. Charming and optimally suited for 6 guests on a living area of 80m².

Dear guests, more than 30 years ago we discovered our love for the region of East Frisia and the North Sea coast as well as the offshore islands. We explored the region and over 15 years ago decided on a holiday home in Neßmersiel as a quiet but also central location for many excursions. By chance we found our house, far from the holiday home area, on the quiet outskirts of the village and with an unobstructed view over the fields, renovated it and furnished it with great attention to detail. According to our ideas, a holiday home must be furnished in such a way that you arrive, put your bag down and are at home. We like to rent our holiday home to guests who, like us, love and appreciate upscale furnishings.
