Description
With its many shops and restaurants, Wilhelmstraße and the pier are the place to see and be seen in Sellin. The holiday flat is located 'right in the middle' and yet quiet. It is designed for 2 people and a baby or toddler. Floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors with insect screens provide light, air and undisturbed sleep. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. 2 LCD TVs in HD quality, hi-fi system, DVD player, WLAN and docking for the iPod provide entertainment. The solid bed (1,80x2,00) in comfort height is suitable for allergy sufferers with cold foam mattresses. Underfloor heating warms the entire flat. The wellness area of Villa Rosa (sauna, steam bath, foot baths, relaxation room) is only accessible to house guests. Your underground parking space is reserved. A locked bicycle room and a storage room for prams are also available. Within a radius of 150m you will also find 2 bakeries

Location and surroundings of object
The seaside resort architecture of Wilhelmstraße, crowned at the end by Rügen's most beautiful pier, is a tourist highlight. On the main beach at the pier with its beach chairs and on the southern beach in the direction of Baabe, you can enjoy beach life. For railway enthusiasts, a ride on the steamy 'Rasender Roland' is a must. It connects the seaside resorts of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin and Binz with the old royal seat of Putbus and continues on to Lauterbach. There is always a luggage wagon for bicycles.

| The weekly price includes 2 linen packages (pulled up bed linen, towels) and cleaning. There is no surcharge for children up to 3 years, they are our guests. Arrival day in the high season Sa./Su. with the request for follow-up bookings. Otherwise by arrangement. The spa tax is collected on site by our manager for the spa administration. |

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract prematurely without naming a subtenant who fulfills the contract under the same conditions, the following fees are payable as compensation:
Cancellation before the start of the lease:
• up to 49 days before the start of the lease: 10% of the rental price
• up to 35 days before the start of the lease: 30% of the rental price
• up to 21 days before the start of the lease: 70% of the rental price
• up to 14 days before the start of the lease: 80% of the rental price
• less than 14 days before the start of the lease: 90% of the rental price.
The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the date of delivery of the cancellation to the landlord. The landlord will also attempt to find a subtenant.
If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, the entire rental price must be paid.
If legislation prohibits the rental or travel to the island (e.g., due to the Corona pandemic), all payments will be refunded in full without deductions.

A separate, lockable storage room is available for the guests. In the wellness area, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath are optionally available. For a token worth 6 euros, the sauna or steam bath run for one hour each, regardless of the number of users.

Very cozy accommodation
We were there in the winter, with the luck that even snow lay. With the cold temperatures, it was even cozier in the fully equipped apartment (even with underfloor heating) on the large couch with a movie. We also gladly took advantage of the offer with the steam sauna. A trip to the chalk cliffs is worthwhile. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Pure relaxation
The apartment is centrally located and very quiet. All shopping facilities are available on site and many restaurants are within walking distance. We have done many great bike tours to Binz, Sassnitz, Pora and Mönchsgut. We extensively used the quiet terrace with a view of nature.

Pure relaxation
Very nice holiday apartment, great location as it is very central. We would be happy to get back to you, as we would like to see more on the island that we couldn't manage this time.

Vacation apartment and central location super
