Description
New luxury holiday flat Anni for 2 persons with large balcony and sun loungers (30 sqm). Stately, light-flooded living room with open fireplace, old stucco, small bay window on the Moselle side, large 60 inch flat screen satellite TV, corner couch with sleeping function and exit to the balcony. The balcony is covered in the dining area and equipped with an electric barbecue and sunshade. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the water during breakfast. Two wooden sun loungers with cushions are available. The small kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and crockery
Beautifully designed bedroom with double bed (1.80m x 2m), chest of drawers, wardrobe and sea chair. Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. Non-smoking flat.
Internet access can be used free of charge. Bicycle garage is available.
Free parking 200 m away (Moselufer), unloading at the house (30 min) and free parking on the promenade from 6 pm.
Pets are not allowed here.

The new Anni holiday flat is located directly on the Moselle promenade in the old town of Zell Moselle with a wonderful view. Restaurants, wine bars, boat landing stage and rustic vaulted cellars, all in the immediate vicinity. Zell's favourable location on the Middle Moselle makes it an ideal starting point for excursions throughout the entire Moselle valley.

Parking on the Moselle promenade is free for 30 minutes and also overnight from 6 pm. Alternatively, there is a large, free car park on the banks of the Moselle about 200 metres away.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (approx. 20 steps). A stair lift can be used to help you.

Tastefully furnished flat with sunny terrace
The flat is tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The sunny terrace with a view of the Moselle is wonderful. The reception and contact with the landlady was very pleasant. This flat is an ideal starting point for a week's holiday on the Moselle.

Large, well-furnished apartment with a view of the Moselle and close to everything, yet in a quiet environment. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. A place one is happy to return to.

Feel-good vacation
We felt very comfortable from the very beginning in this generous, modern, and perfectly located apartment. We lacked for nothing. The landlords are very helpful, friendly, and likeable. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to the Moselle flood. But we will definitely come back, promised!
