Description

The flat house has been completely refurbished in 2019 with luxury fittings. Two large floor-to-ceiling windows provide access to the balcony and the coveted Moselle view. An open shelf with large, rotating flat-screen satellite TV visually separates the sleeping area from the living area. The new kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine is fully equipped. The modern, high-quality bathroom with separate toilet has a floor-level shower and 2 washbasins. Beautiful apartment

We spent 1 week in this beautiful modern apartment. We would like to thank Mrs. Schier once again for this great accommodation, we will definitely come back. The accommodation is located in a great location with a beautiful view from the balcony and only a few minutes walk to the old town. Bakery right across the street. It was simply wonderful there. Diese Wohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt, ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Freier Blick mit Nachmittagsonne vom großen Balkon auf die Mosel. Abschließbarer Fahrradabstellkeller, Parkplatz vor dem Haus in der Anliegerstrasse. Die Besitzer haben mit Geschmack ein tolles Feriendomizil geschaffen. Die Lage zum Zentrum und der Ausblick - herrvorragend . Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren am Fluss und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Mehr geht nicht für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Zell Loge 1

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage zum Zentrum und der Ausblick - Top. Für einen 1-2 wöchigen Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen. Terrasse groß, Schlafzimmer leise, Wohnzimmermöbel bequem, Vermieterin nett.
Was soll man sonst noch sagen ?
Klar, wenn man einen Rundumservice zu einem Günstgerem Preis und in Florida sucht, dann ist man hier falsch.
Übrigens, die Lage ist auch bestens für Ausflüge in die Umgebubg geeignet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden.

Wohnlage super - fussläufig am Zentrum von Zell, ruhiges Haus, freier Blick mit Nachmittagsonne vom großen Balkon auf die Mosel, gutes Wohngefühl durch die hohen Räume und der reichhaltigen Ausstattung, abschließbarer Fahrradabstellkeller über den Garten leicht zu erreichen, Parkplatz vor dem Haus in der Anliegerstrasse , sehr gute Betreuung, guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren am Fluss, außer einem (sehr guten) Metzger und vielen Vinotheken gibt es in Zell unter ca.5 km leider keine guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorger
