The new modern comfort holiday flat offers a wonderful view of the Moselle from the kitchen-living room. The kitchen is well equipped with radio, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and Senseo pad machine, fridge, small dining area, couch, satellite TV and exit to the balcony (4 steps) with table, 2 chairs and sunshade. The balcony is south-west facing with midday and evening sun. Bedroom with double bed and view of the Moselle. New bathroom with hairdryer, level shower and WC. Bakery, restaurants, bus stop, boat landing stage and wine taverns in the immediate vicinity within easy walking distance. Own parking space directly at the house.

The Historische Weinbauschule is centrally located with a view of the water. The Moselle ferry will quickly take you across to the other side of the Moselle. A wine tavern is only a few metres away from the holiday flat. The same goes for the bakery. Other shops, restaurants and wine taverns are within walking distance.

First guest in new flat.
A well-equipped new flat in a historic house in a dream location with a real view of the Moselle (50m) onto the ferry to Alf. The owner was great at fulfilling all our wishes. Everything you need was there. Parking space under the carport. Huge balcony on the Moselle side. We were completely satisfied.
