Features of the flat:
Living area: Has a large seating area with a generous sleeping function for 2 people (sleeping area with pulled-out rubber is 2 x 2m). A dining table for 6 persons and a cosy sitting area in front of an electric fireplace round off the ambience. A flat screen (cable TV) and a Nintendo Wii console incl. games provide entertainment.
Kitchen / storage room: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 12 people. A small bar table (for 2 persons) for a quick breakfast or a glass of sparkling wine (sparkling wine free of charge as a welcome greeting).
Bathroom: Has a shower but also a cosy bathtub for a little rest after a long walk. A hairdryer and towels are also included in the amenities.
Bedroom 1: A double bed with two mattresses (total size 180cm), large wardrobe with mirror. Enough space for a baby travel cot (baby travel cot free of charge on request)
Bedroom 2: A box spring bed with topper (total size 140cm), would be suitable for two children. A small wardrobe equipped with toys and books.
Garden: The flat is accessed via a separate entrance. You could also park a car in this area. However, there is enough free parking on the street. In front of the entrance there is enough space for barbecue facilities (charcoal barbecue available) and a seating area. Behind the 10 party house is a large garden with a swing that the children can use

The "Kina's Harz Villa" holiday flat is in a quiet location on the edge of the old town (the most popular residential area of Goslar = Steinberg). In only a few minutes walk you are in the middle of the old town with all shopping facilities, train station, pharmacies, cinema, bars, restaurants, great churches and sights that tell 1000 years of history
In the immediate vicinity you can also see the famous Kaiserpfalz (20 minutes' walk).
For hikers, Goslar is the perfect starting point and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and great views.

Free cancellation possible up to 61 days before the arrival date.
1. The guest can withdraw from the trip and the brokerage contract at any time before the trip begins. The crucial moment is when the notice of withdrawal reaches the lessor. It is recommended that the customer declare the withdrawal in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable to compensate for the damages incurred: - From the day of booking confirmation by the lessor to the 91st day before the rental begins, no compensation is required. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the rental begins, the amount of the deposit is due. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental begins, 50% of the total price is due. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental begins, 80% of the total price is due. If a withdrawal occurs less than eight days before the rental begins, the full travel price is due. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message is always applicable. Any amounts already paid will be accounted for. You can provide a substitute person to take over the contract under the mentioned conditions. Written notification is sufficient. 2. The rebooking of a booked and confirmed trip is only possible by withdrawing from the booked trip and simultaneously rebooking another trip. The lessor reserves the right to charge the customer a processing fee of up to 25.00 euros per person for the rebooking. 3. In the event of lockdowns caused by the coronavirus, the trip can be rebooked. If rebooking is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

Genius apartment
The apartment saved us at 34° outside temperature. The apartment is constantly at 23°. The car is parked right in front of the entrance. The train station and the old town are not far away.

A magical weekend in Goslar
At the end of April, we (4 adults) spent a more than pleasant weekend in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Goslar. The holiday apartment of the Kinas family played a significant role in this.
The completely and very lovingly furnished apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The living area is inviting and comfortable, the two bedrooms offer very good beds, the kitchen provides everything one needs, and there is also a washing machine with a dryer available if needed. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub.
The outdoor area has a seating area, which we couldn't really use due to the temperatures.
A free parking space is also available for the tenants.
After a very pleasant conversation with our landlady, who not only gave us tips about the apartment but also about the (surrounding) area, we were able to determine that the apartment is also a central starting point for excursions. On foot, it takes 10 minutes to the train station and 15 minutes to the old town.
Overall, a magical weekend in a cozy apartment! More is not needed for a weekend for four.

Great apartment perfectly located, 10 min. walk to the train station and into the city.
Great apartment with everything you could wish for. Comfortable large bed, nice bathroom, very well located. Everything is easily reachable on foot. Even to Rammelsberg is just about a 40-minute walk.

As expected, absolutely fantastic holiday apartment.
Very nice hosts and a well-maintained accommodation. It is modernly furnished, very clean, and large. We lacked for nothing. Absolutely recommendable. The distance to the city center and the bakery is as described, about 900m. However, going to get rolls in the morning and back, and then going down to the city again after breakfast is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. One should be fit for walking. Otherwise, we give 5☆☆☆☆☆

Our names are Christina and Juri Kinas. We are married and have two children. Some time ago, a new passion sprouted in us. This passion is to renovate and redesign old houses and flats. Through our former self-employment in the handicraft sector, we realised this for our clientele for many years by building, renovating or beautifying bathrooms. Over time, the idea arose that we would now like to realise this for ourselves as well. In 2010, we acquired an old villa in Schieferweg in Goslar and began an extensive renovation that took several years. In December 2020, we acquired the house in Dedeleberstr. in Goslar Altstadt and also used the year 2021 for a complete renovation. After the extensive renovations, our holiday flats are ready for our guests and enchant with their charm.
