Features of the flat:
Living area: Has a large seating area with a generous sleeping function for 2 people (sleeping area with pulled-out rubber is 2 x 2m). A dining table for 6 persons and a cosy sitting area in front of an electric fireplace round off the ambience. A flat screen (cable TV) and a Nintendo Wii console incl. games provide entertainment.
Kitchen / storage room: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 12 people. A small bar table (for 2 persons) for a quick breakfast or a glass of sparkling wine (sparkling wine free of charge as a welcome greeting).
Bathroom: Has a shower but also a cosy bathtub for a little rest after a long walk. A hairdryer and towels are also included in the amenities.
Bedroom 1: A double bed with two mattresses (total size 180cm), large wardrobe with mirror. Enough space for a baby travel cot (baby travel cot free of charge on request)
Bedroom 2: A box spring bed with topper (total size 140cm), would be suitable for two children. A small wardrobe equipped with toys and books.
Garden: The flat is accessed via a separate entrance. You could also park a car in this area. However, there is enough free parking on the street. In front of the entrance there is enough space for barbecue facilities (charcoal barbecue available) and a seating area. Behind the 10 party house is a large garden with a swing that the children can use

The "Kina's Harz Villa" holiday flat is in a quiet location on the edge of the old town (the most popular residential area of Goslar = Steinberg). In only a few minutes walk you are in the middle of the old town with all shopping facilities, train station, pharmacies, cinema, bars, restaurants, great churches and sights that tell 1000 years of history
In the immediate vicinity you can also see the famous Kaiserpfalz (20 minutes' walk).
For hikers, Goslar is the perfect starting point and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and great views.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 61 days before the arrival date.
1. The guest can withdraw from the trip and the brokerage contract at any time before the trip begins. The crucial moment is when the notice of withdrawal reaches the lessor. It is recommended that the customer declare the withdrawal in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable to compensate for the damages incurred: - From the day of booking confirmation by the lessor to the 91st day before the rental begins, no compensation is required. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the rental begins, the amount of the deposit is due. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental begins, 50% of the total price is due. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental begins, 80% of the total price is due. If a withdrawal occurs less than eight days before the rental begins, the full travel price is due. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message is always applicable. Any amounts already paid will be accounted for. You can provide a substitute person to take over the contract under the mentioned conditions. Written notification is sufficient. 2. The rebooking of a booked and confirmed trip is only possible by withdrawing from the booked trip and simultaneously rebooking another trip. The lessor reserves the right to charge the customer a processing fee of up to 25.00 euros per person for the rebooking. 3. In the event of lockdowns caused by the coronavirus, the trip can be rebooked. If rebooking is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

Tolle Wohnung perfect gelegen, 10 min. Fußweg zum Bahnhof und in die Stadt.
Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man sich wünscht. Bequemes grosses Bett, schönes Bad, sehr gut gelegen. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sogar zum Rammelsberg nur knapp 40 min. Fußweg.

As expected, absolutely fantastic holiday apartment.
Very nice hosts and a well-maintained accommodation. It is modernly furnished, very clean, and large. We lacked for nothing. Absolutely recommendable. The distance to the city center and the bakery is as described, about 900m. However, going to get rolls in the morning and back, and then going down to the city again after breakfast is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. One should be fit for walking. Otherwise, we give 5☆☆☆☆☆

Liebe Familie Q, wir bedanken uns für Ihre positive Bewertung. Die Ausstattung von Klopapier, Mülltüten,... gehört nicht zu einer Standard Ausstattung einer Ferienwohnung. Diese Artikel sind Verbrauchsartikel, die die Gäste selbst mitbringen müssen. Wir stellen nur für den Anfang, als kleine Willkommens-Geste, diese Artikel zur Verfügung. Wenn diese aber aufgebraucht werden, dann müssen die Artikel von den Gästen selbst besorgt werden.
Wir haben hinter dem Haus, im großen Garten, eine weitere Sitzecke und haben Sie darauf hingewiesen, dass auch diese genutzt werden kann, wenn der Straßenlärm sie stört. Im Garten ist kein Straßenlärm zu hören.
Bei der Beschädigten Gartenmöbel handelt es sich lediglich um kleine optische Mängel. Dennoch wurde die Sitzecke bereits von uns erneuert, die Sie auch genutzt haben. Die alte Möbel war noch voll funktionstüchtig, daher hatten wir diese in anderen Ecken verteilt um den Gästen mehr Sitzgelegenheiten zu schaffen. Diese wollten wir am Ende des Jahres dann komplett entsorgen. Es war von uns nur gut gemeint. Wir werden aber Ihre Mitteilung berücksichtigen und die alte Möbel entsorgen.
Die Aussicht in einer Erdgeschosswohnung ist leider nicht so schön wie in einer Dachgeschosswohnung. Leider sehen Sie aus der Wohnung nur unsere Bepflanzung die wir als Abgrenzung und Sichtschutz zur Straße gepflanzt haben.

Harzvilla Kinas
The Kinas family flat is located within walking distance of the old town of Goslar.
The flat is easily accessible and has its own parking space. It is lovingly and valuably furnished. For example, there is an electric fireplace in the living room, a Wii and an infrared mirror in the bathroom. Totally cosy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to be self-sufficient. The bedrooms are cosy and offer plenty of space for all your clothes. There is also a washing machine and a handy baby cot.
All around a great flat. Highly recommended!!!

Chic modern apartment, tastefully and stylishly furnished and well equipped. Perfect location: quiet with plenty of parking in a residential area. Nevertheless, only 10 minutes walk to the old town and also only a quarter of an hour out of town towards Granestausee. Nice landlords, problem-free handling. Actually perfect, we like to come back.

The holiday apartment is very centrally located in the beautiful old town - just a few minutes from the center.
We felt right at "home." This is how a vacation should start :)
All rooms are beautifully large and very tastefully decorated.

A great and well-equipped, very clean apartment. The furnishings are new and modern. Everything is available and nothing is missing. The location is great, there are many excursions in the area, some of which can also be reached on foot. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Goslar in comfort mode
Spacious, cozy, and well-equipped apartment with its own entrance. Communication with the landlord left nothing to be desired. The successful combination of proximity to the old town (market square reachable within a 12-minute walk), shopping options, proximity to the train station and bus, combined with parking possibilities for your own car in front of the house and the start of hiking trails into nature right by the courtyard gate, is rarely found. We were completely satisfied and look forward to another stay.

Our names are Christina and Juri Kinas. We are married and have two children. Some time ago, a new passion sprouted in us. This passion is to renovate and redesign old houses and flats. Through our former self-employment in the handicraft sector, we realised this for our clientele for many years by building, renovating or beautifying bathrooms. Over time, the idea arose that we would now like to realise this for ourselves as well. In 2010, we acquired an old villa in Schieferweg in Goslar and began an extensive renovation that took several years. In December 2020, we acquired the house in Dedeleberstr. in Goslar Altstadt and also used the year 2021 for a complete renovation. After the extensive renovations, our holiday flats are ready for our guests and enchant with their charm.
