In our holiday flat Emmi, which we have newly furnished in January 2021, there is room for up to 5 people! With us you will find restful sleep in box spring beds! The apartment has 2 bedrooms! 1 additional guest bed in the living room. A large kitchen with an adjoining open dining area awaits you.
There is a large bathroom with shower, as well as an additional guest toilet. A cosy, lovingly furnished living room awaits you with 1 Smart TV and 1 round corner to relax. You can park directly in front of our front door free of charge or in the car port or garage located on the property, depending on availability.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house on a 970 sqm plot. The beautifully landscaped courtyard is surrounded by a small barn and invites you to relax in Mediterranean charm. Here you will find a cosy seating area in addition to your apartment. So that you can end the day with a cool drink after your excursions.
You will find a safe place to store your bicycles and a swing for your children in the garden.

The holiday flat is located in the "Perver" district, only 900 m from the centre
The medieval old town is within easy walking distance and awaits you on a walk through the centuries and style epochs with over 500 half-timbered buildings and imposing churches.
Very beautiful cycle paths not far from the holiday flat lead you through the wonderfully green Altmark surrounded by forests and meadows. Enjoy nature far away from the motorways with a picnic on the Altmark circuit, the 4-country border cycle path on the green ribbon, the Hanseatic cycle path or the Elbe cycle path!
You can reach Arendsee, the pearl of the Altmark, by bike via the Altmark circular route through forests and typical old-March villages or via the B 190 in just 22 km!
Natural biotopes, the fairytale park for your children, the remains of the inner-German border on the green belt (border tower), the Diesdorf open-air museum with historic buildings and gardens are just a few tips for discovering the Altmark.
Salzwedel as a starting point for a round trip through the towns of the Altmark Hanseatic League or the neighbouring Wendland, Germany's wildest east is only a few kilometres away and offers beautiful Rundling villages and lots of culture.
From Ascension Day to Whitsun, the annual Kulturelle Landpartie takes place.

Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer, warmer Empfang. Die Wohnung Emmi ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir sind super erholt und kommen wieder!

Spacious modern apartment

modern and affectionate furnishing with an eye for details is very appealing. As a starting point for visiting the historic old town just as well located as for the start by bike tour in the nature.
