Stylishly furnished, fantastic sea and island views, private pool, and only 100m. from the sea. The new Villa Mukalba which is rightly named (Oasis of Relaxation) has everything for a real dream holiday.The location of Villa Mukalba allows for relaxation,but also offers a variety of activities,jet skiing,diving,paragliding and much more.This villa is the ideal accommodation for up to 9 people in 4 colourful modern bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms,TV and balconies.Three bedrooms are located upstairs.The master bedroom has a gorgeous covered terrace with sea views over Medulin.The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor,where you can jump straight into the refreshing pool in the morning.On this floor is also the main living room with kitchen and living and dining area.A comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people is in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you might need during your stay.The second dining area is on the covered terrace where you can cook your favourite dishes on the charcoal grill. The terrace is a great place to relax as it offers a lounge area, comfortable sun loungers and of course the fabulous private pool. Pets welcome. The villa is located in Medulin-Istria-Croatia and is about 300m from the nearest bathing beach.
Shops and restaurants are about 1km away.
The evening beach promenade of Medulin is about 1.5km away.

The sandy beach Bijeca in Medulin is very popular.
There is sand both along the entire beach and in the shallow water, which remains shallow for a long distance, making it a paradise for children.
There are several beaches and bays in the area, so there is something for everyone. Our villa is located in a newly developed area, so new buildings may be constructed.

Great Villa

Beautiful villa with pool! We only had a bad experience with the taxis.
