The holiday home has two double beds and offers enough space for four people. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen and two televisions. A small wood-burning stove provides warmth and cosiness even in bad weather. A completely fenced, large property with old trees offers sufficient shade even on hot days

The bungalow is located in a quiet, small holiday home settlement of ten units on the left side. A Netto supermarket and bakery are only a five-minute walk away. There is also a Penny supermarket (15-minute walk) and an Edeka supermarket (20-minute walk) in the immediate vicinity

Vacation on Usedom
We have been going to Usedom in the summer for over 40 years and love this island. The holiday home is completely quiet and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay. It is nice and cool on hot days, and the garden with the trees is pleasantly shady. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, the owners, who have their houses across the street, do not take the vacationers into consideration, as the lawn is mowed at 6:00 AM and during the midday quiet. The house had been cleaned, except for the terrace. Unfortunately, there are vacationers who do not take care of other people's property, so I recommend bringing blankets for the sofa and chairs, we always do that. The broom and the toilet seat + brush should be replaced. Otherwise, our vacation was wonderful with great weather.

Very nice bungalow in a quiet location
We are currently still on vacation and find it beautiful and relaxing here.
The bungalow is located in a quiet area with several bungalows in the neighborhood and plenty of greenery and trees around.
However, it’s quick to get to the town, and shopping options are nearby.
Here in the bungalow, you have everything you need. There is also a small wood stove for the colder days.
Many windows have fly screens installed, and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom with a shower and also a bathtub, there is a washing machine.
There is also a small utility room with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a shelf with many household items in case something has been forgotten.
The outdoor area is large and fenced, ideal for the dog.
The terrace is spacious and there are many garden furniture, chairs, loungers, a sunshade, and grills,
all weather-protected and stored in a lockable room.
A parking space is directly in front of the front door. We like it here very much.

A beautiful holiday home
We really liked the vacation home and the garden. The house has everything you need for a holiday. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace. The property is completely fenced, and there was also a parking space for our vehicle.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
We felt very comfortable in Villa Kunterbunt. Of course, if you want action and hustle and bustle, you're in the wrong place. We spent a great vacation there for a few days with our dog... the location is ideal for us because there are meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity and you can go for a relaxed walk. The beach (dog beaches are available) is also not far away. There are enough shopping opportunities and they are quickly accessible.
I cannot confirm the previous reviewer's evaluation. The house was clean and without any defects.
The property has a beautiful old tree population and you can find a shady spot in hot weather. The terrace is cozy, gets lots of sunshine, and has a sun umbrella if needed. The property is fenced, so it was very relaxed for us and our dog.
The next restaurant, with a beer garden, is also not far away and there we had delicious fish, other dishes, and ice cream. Nice staff.
So we can't complain at all and will book again next year.

Perfect vacation home for relaxing holidays on the Baltic Sea coast
We are already "repeat offenders" and now come for the third time to enjoy our holiday here. The contact with the landlady has always been very nice, everything has worked out great, and we have never had any reason for complaint.
The holiday home is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer, and more makes holiday cooking relaxed. The sunny terrace is inviting for breakfast. It is well protected from curious eyes by a hedge. The house is spacious and all on one level. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There is even a washing machine. There are blinds on the entire house for darkening and mosquito protection on the windows. Great. The property is completely fenced so the dog cannot go on solo adventures. The car is also securely parked on the property. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the village, easily accessible on foot. We always feel very comfortable and will definitely come back here again.
