The bungalow is located in a quiet, small holiday home settlement of ten units on the left side. A Netto supermarket and bakery are only a five-minute walk away. There is also a Penny supermarket (15-minute walk) and an Edeka supermarket (20-minute walk) in the immediate vicinity

Very nice bungalow in a quiet location
We are currently still on vacation and find it beautiful and relaxing here.
The bungalow is located in a quiet area with several bungalows in the neighborhood and plenty of greenery and trees around.
However, it’s quick to get to the town, and shopping options are nearby.
Here in the bungalow, you have everything you need. There is also a small wood stove for the colder days.
Many windows have fly screens installed, and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom with a shower and also a bathtub, there is a washing machine.
There is also a small utility room with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a shelf with many household items in case something has been forgotten.
The outdoor area is large and fenced, ideal for the dog.
The terrace is spacious and there are many garden furniture, chairs, loungers, a sunshade, and grills,
all weather-protected and stored in a lockable room.
A parking space is directly in front of the front door. We like it here very much.

A beautiful holiday home
We really liked the vacation home and the garden. The house has everything you need for a holiday. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace. The property is completely fenced, and there was also a parking space for our vehicle.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
We felt very comfortable in Villa Kunterbunt. Of course, if you want action and hustle and bustle, you're in the wrong place. We spent a great vacation there for a few days with our dog... the location is ideal for us because there are meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity and you can go for a relaxed walk. The beach (dog beaches are available) is also not far away. There are enough shopping opportunities and they are quickly accessible.
I cannot confirm the previous reviewer's evaluation. The house was clean and without any defects.
The property has a beautiful old tree population and you can find a shady spot in hot weather. The terrace is cozy, gets lots of sunshine, and has a sun umbrella if needed. The property is fenced, so it was very relaxed for us and our dog.
The next restaurant, with a beer garden, is also not far away and there we had delicious fish, other dishes, and ice cream. Nice staff.
So we can't complain at all and will book again next year.

Perfect vacation home for relaxing holidays on the Baltic Sea coast
We are already "repeat offenders" and now come for the third time to enjoy our holiday here. The contact with the landlady has always been very nice, everything has worked out great, and we have never had any reason for complaint.
The holiday home is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer, and more makes holiday cooking relaxed. The sunny terrace is inviting for breakfast. It is well protected from curious eyes by a hedge. The house is spacious and all on one level. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There is even a washing machine. There are blinds on the entire house for darkening and mosquito protection on the windows. Great. The property is completely fenced so the dog cannot go on solo adventures. The car is also securely parked on the property. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in the village, easily accessible on foot. We always feel very comfortable and will definitely come back here again.

Warning: Significant deficiencies, landlord not contactable
At the beginning of June 2023, we booked the holiday home. The condition of the house was neglected: dirt in the bathroom (dead bugs and spiders in the corners). To report the deficiencies, we called the phone number listed in the advertisement, where - to our surprise - only the landlord's mother answered. Upon inquiry, she explained that the last cleaning had occurred "4 to 6 weeks ago"; however, she could only call a cleaning company the following Monday, and she did not know when they would actually remedy the deficiencies. We agreed to remove the worst dirt ourselves, for which we were granted a credit of two rental days, which we have not received to this day. After the phone call, we found further deficiencies while cleaning: there were hair and other dirt in the shower siphon, and there were also hair and "gunk" under the sliding doors. The toilet was also dirty. The ceiling lamp in the bedroom was defective. There were fingernails and sand in the sofa cushions. The filter of the kitchen exhaust hood had not been replaced for a long time, and grease was hanging out; the seals of the freezer compartment were dirty. We immediately reported these deficiencies to the landlord, but unfortunately, we did not receive any feedback within the next two days, so we departed. After several attempts to call, we were able to reach the landlord's mother again, but then contact was lost. Emails, SMS, and voice messages were also ignored. Attention: No postal address for the landlord is provided upon contract conclusion, so ultimately one has no way to assert any claims!

Herr O. ist am Samstagnachmittag angereist und hat am Samstagabend bei mir (der Vermieterin) wegen des Zustandes des Hauses angerufen. Ich habe sofort angeboten das zuständige Reinigungsunternehmen vorbei zu schicken, um die beanstandeten Mängel zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls zu beseitigen. Außerdem haben ich eine Gutschrift über zwei Tagesmieten offeriert.
Herr O. schrieb darauf hin noch am Samstagabend um 21:03 Uhr: „Da meine Frau inzwischen alles gesäubert hat, ist die nachträgliche Beauftragung einer Reinigungsfirma … nicht mehr notwendig.“
Am Sonntagabend teilte uns Herr O. dann mit, dass er schon am Sonntagnachmittag (also nach weniger als 24 Std.) „schweren Herzens“ abgereist wäre. (???)
Die anschließende Überprüfung der Wohnung durch das Reinigungsunternehmen ergab lediglich einen verschmutzten Filter der Dunstabzugshaube.
Ich vermiete das Ferienhaus seit Anfang 2021 und habe viele zufriedene (Stamm)Gäste. Natürlich wurden in den vergangenen Jahren auch einmal kleine Mängel beanstandet. Diese hat das zuständige Reinigungsunternehmen dann prompt beseitigt.
